The next morning, Su Nian was woken up by her phone's ringing before she had a chance to fully wake up. She managed to get up, despite the aching in her body, and sees a call from Zhang Yuan.
Zheng Haoyu was nowhere to be found, so she sat on the bed and chatted with Zhang Yuan on the phone.
Zhang Yuan asked, "How was your trip to Thailand? Did you meet any transgenders?"
Upon reflection, Su Nian figured that aside from her abduction in Pakse, her trip was pretty decent.
"Yep, it was alright," she said, squinting and yawning.
"Just alright?" Zhang Yuan picked up on her wording, "Did something happen?"
"Nothing serious, Haoyu handled everything," Su Nian was playing around with Haoyu's phone he left on the bed, but eventually said, "Zhang Yuan, I need a favor."
