After leaving the hospital, Meng Xi'er carried Meng Zichen to a dessert shop not far from the hospital and ordered several of his favorite desserts from the menu.
"Mummy," Meng Zichen sat next to her, looking at the desserts Meng Xi'er had ordered for him in a hushed voice, "Isn't this too much? One is enough for a baby, we need to save money."
