"I won't be staying." Lu Yebai spoke detachedly, rolling up the sleeves of his shirt to reveal his slender, fair wrists. He unfastened a few buttons at his neckline, then casually took a seat on the sofa.
Having spent the past few days hustling outside, saying he wasn't tired would be a lie. He merely wanted to come home for a visit, to have dinner with Mrs. Lu, and rest for a bit.
