'I don't really remember much about this book other than how the psychotic male lead locked the stupid female lead in a tower during the war leaving her to starve to death. Perhaps if I had a pen and paper I could sort out my thoughts better. '
She went to the fancy desk and pulled the drawer open hoping to find some paper and a pen, she finds lots of paper but no pen.
'Where do they keep the pens? Do they even use pens in this world?'
She looked around the room and didn't find anything she then went back to her bed where she saw a bell hanging from a string right next to it. She pulls the string and the bell rings.
"Yes my lady?" A young lady wearing a maid outfit with an interesting-looking crest on it enters.
"Hello, can you get me a pen?" Verian smiles politely
" A pen?" The maid seemed very puzzled by Verian's request
'Ah, perhaps they don't use pens in this world. '
"Um, I meant to say a feather" Verian corrected herself hoping it seemed normal
"A feather?" The maid was even more confused by this request
'Is that not it either? What do they use in this world? Ugh, shouldn't I have the original body's memories or a system to guide me in situations like these?'

Verian wanted to ask but she didn't want to risk seeming strange in a world she knew nothing about.
" I simply wished to draw. As for the feather, I had a dream that people could draw with feathers so I was a bit confused " Verian giggled innocently hoping this reply would work. She was a great actor since she was his daughter.
"I see, my lady. I will be sure to inform the count of your request and hopefully, later you can have a pen to draw with and express your creativity." The maid smiled and bowed excusing herself from the room
'Now I'm anxious. Is a pen really worthwhile news to a count?'
Verian flopped down on her bed with her arms stretched and stared at the ceiling
'How do I bring up that system message again? ' she thought a little about how people did it in novels and came to a conclusion.
"Status window." Verian said hoping the system would appear.

Verian blushed and buried her face in her palms
'I can't believe I just said status window out loud. I'm crazy. Why would that work? Actually, no. Why wouldn't it work? I'm completely normal for doing this. Anyone would do this. '
She tries to think about what could possibly bring up the system again and realizes that it appeared last time because of a question she asked in her head.

Verian looked closely at the system message to see how many questions were left and she saw that there were 1/3 questions left even though she asked two questions
'I had my suspicions so I decided to try it out, seems I was right. The system is too stupid to notice when two questions are asked if I ask them together at once. I can abuse the system'
She grinned widely thinking about the amount of questions she could ask using that one last chance. She's very reckless, if things didn't go as she expected she would have lost all her questions.

She slid the button on the system to speech with her finger.
