The Symbols of Perseverance and Tyranny lunged at each other, both landing punches that sent shockwaves through the others body, keeping both armies from moving forwards.
They both look to their troops. STAY OUT OF THIS... HE'S MINE.
Both their eyes lock and without hesitation the lunge at each other again and again, exchanging a series of blows the crack the ground beneath them. Perseverance uses his Static Control to gain the upper hand of the fight, both Symbols using their full arsenal against the other. Tyranny punches Perseverance with all his strength only to have the favor returned in full. Both are thrown back by the others punch. Perseverance grins as he charges Tyranny ripping open his sides as he throws him away from the bunker.
OTTAWA! ATTACK!
While a mass yell, the Heroes of Ottawa tear towards the meta-humans. Bullets and blood hit the ground of the battlefield as if nothing else mattered. Below the surface, those no told to fight were watching from the many cameras watching them. As meta-humans fell, so did heroes. First Jarrin, then did the Perez Twins. Reverend Everett and his wife were guarding the children of Ottawa, so he was safe. The only ones remaining from the Lots Crew was Hope, the Overlord and the Assassin. The rest of the Lots crew died holding the line in defense of Ottawa. Perseverance landed a stellar hit on Tyranny knocking him down.
I told you. You will pay in blood for those you've killed. We've survived far too much to simply roll over and die for nothing. This is our home. Get out!
As Perseverance lands another good hit, Hope and the Assassin are back to back, guns opening fire as a horde rushes them...
With a loud yell, the Seneca Preppers burst from the bunker doors and charge after the the horde.

The air around Tyranny became heavy and static lines became visible as Perseverance held him from moving.

The meta-humans were on the ropes as the Ottawans made their advance, encircling them. The one hundred and elven had been cut down to fifty-two. The Friendly City had bore its fangs for the first time since the New World Order took the stage.

As Perseverance turns up the static, Tyranny unleashes a 1000% energy burst on underneath him.
The ground shakes violently as Ottawa is rocked to its very core.

As the city begins to collapse, Perseverance increases control while the other heroes helps get the Ottawans to safety.
GET EVERYONE AWAY FROM THE CITY'S CENTER NOW!
As roads being to buckle and the supports of the bunker creak and snap, The Everett's emerge with the children in hazmat suits made for them. Tyranny lines up a shot at them, only for Perseverance to lunge past it, scoop all of them up and place them with the others. He slingshots himself back at the escaping Tyranny plowing him into the ground.
Oh no you don't.
As much as I have enjoyed this game, I have no intentions of dying here.
Tyranny fires a full powered shot directly into Perseverance's chest tossing him aside. However, just before he could make is grand escape, Liberty Bell fires her laser sending Tyranny into the remnant of Jeremiah Joe's. Inside, the Overlord was waiting for him. With a swift upper cut, the Overlord catches Tyranny off guard.
Back for round three now?
The Overlord jumps back and presses the button on a detonator. The Building collapses on top of Tyranny. With the Overlord away from Tyranny, Liberty Bell pours her full arsenal into the the exact spot Tyranny was buried. MOABs, Laser, bombs off all sorts and to top it off, firing her version of the collider beam directly at him. The automaton unleashed hell upon the dark symbol.
FOR CONSTITUTION! FOR THE HEROES YOU KILLED! BLOOD MUST HAVE BLOOD! OIL MUST BE REPAID!
Pouring her energy into the collider beam, she unleashes her full power and arsenal upon him. The explosion levels most of the building that had remained standing in Ottawa.
Power level... Critical.
Hearing this, Tyranny lunges at her, fist cocked back to end her like her sister. However, Liberty Bell chuckles.
Photonic Resonance Barrier Enabled.
Tyranny slams face first into her prototype shield, and hits the ground unconscious. Liberty Bell raises her foot to crush him, only for some meta-humans to swoop in and carry him away.

The automaton marches after them. Laser and collider beam opening a barrage of pain for them. At that moment, nothing was scarier than Liberty Bell and her arsenal.
