A blinding flash occurred in midair, one that involved Mikeal and Marcus clashing their weapons. After two clashes in midair, they came back down to land on the roof of a building.
Mikeal landed and was immediately greeted by Toban's fist coming at him from his right. It wasn't just an ordinary fist, Mikeal judged from its intensity that it was the same force fist attributed to destruction and annihilation.
Standing in its way would wipe out Mikeal and getting anywhere near it would injure him no doubt. In this case, he is left with one choice to choose from.

Mikeal attempted to back up from Toban. He was however shocked to feel his body backed behind a wall. As far as he can remember there wasn't a wall behind him earlier so what was happening?!
Regardless, evading Toban's attack comes first before trying to analyze if or not there was not a wall behind him or if it had skipped his mind.
