Chapter 95: Torment
"Lord, there is something we want to report," Hacker took the opportunity to boast about what they had recently achieved.
"What is it?"
Hacker turned towards Grub, both of whom nodded their heads and exchanged glances before saying, "We've learned the human tongue."
They said this in the human language, which rather surprised Bozo. His eyes widened in amusement, and he couldn't help but smile.
Raising both his hands, he patted their shoulders. "Incredible!" he said, immensely proud.
Bozo always believed in the potential of goblins. Albeit weak with low stats, goblins were master adapters. Their learning ability was just next to slimes, or even higher!
A few of the goblins back in the town, who had died, had already mastered the common human tongue, so it was obvious that if they made a little effort, they could easily learn!
Grub and Hacker stood proudly at this feat.
