Why do the sensations in this illusion feel so clear?
He instinctively looked down at himself and saw the armor he was wearing. The dark gold armor had a pleasing streamlined design, with a faint golden semi-transparent gemstone at the chest, identical to what he had seen on the Adamantine Cathedra. Centering on the gemstone, golden metallic lines radiated out like sunbeams, fully covering every corner of the body, including the head. Except for the helmet which he couldn't see, the dark gold armor could be described as magnificent.
The ends of each armor piece converged into a spike-like form. Even the gauntlets on his hands had solid studs. The shoulder guards on both sides protruded sharply, with rhomboid spines jutting out from each shoulder, reminiscent of a giant dragon's scales.
