For Yin Zhu, there was no personal animosity toward the Landias Empire; the conflicts on the continent involved Landias and Milan, not directly related to him and Qin City. His assistance to Milan was indeed due to his closer ties with the Milan Empire and, at the same time, from a strategic consideration for Qin City, which is why he resolutely acted in such a manner.
Qin City was located within the Milan Empire, so if Milan were to fall, it would only bring harm to Qin City, not to mention that Landias was allied with the Beastman Alliance, and there was also Flore Kingdom which had betrayed the Milan Empire and caused the loss of nearly two hundred Death God Soldiers.
All these factors pushed Yin Zhu to the opposing side of the Landias Empire.
In reality, however, the Landias Empire itself had not harmed Qin City; moreover, the emperor representing the highest authority of the Landias Empire was also his father-in-law.
