Lances that shimmered with a chilling light appeared in the hands of the Tree Spirit Druids, and at the call of Clan Leader Demon Wood, they swung their right arms—clearly much thicker than their left—whirling their spears. Hundreds flew out simultaneously, creating a steely forest overhead that in a blink of an eye, was already upon the enemy ranks.
Among all the Druids, the Tree Spirit Druids' physical strength could be considered the weakest. In a one-on-one fight, without their lances, they would struggle to even defeat the Claw Druids, making the spear their only advantageous weapon.
A person who possesses multiple powerful abilities is certainly terrifying, but specializing in one can be even more so. That was the case for the Tree Spirit Druids, whose thrown lances carried a slowing effect and an immensely powerful impact, unmatched by even the city's heavy crossbows within a certain range.
