Upon hearing Ah Dai's voice, Tifya slowly turned her listless eyes towards him. When she saw Ah Dai's face, her previously frail body seemed to be infused with life once again. A flush spread across her face; her beautiful eyes brimmed with spirit. Weak and trembling, she spoke, "Ah Dai... Ah Dai... brother, am I... dreaming? Am I... not... dead?"
Hearing Tifya's words, Ah Dai recoiled in shock, exclaiming, "What... what did you call me? How do you know my name?"
Tifya spoke intermittently, like an abstract dream, "Ah.. Ah Dai... Is it... really... you? I am... so lucky...! Finally... I can see... you again. Don't... you remember... me?... I, I am... the servant girl..."
