"Roar—" Thunder clearly couldn't speak like Frost, but it could understand Frey's words. Showing some dissatisfaction, it growled and slowly lay down.
Frey said laughingly, "Thunder and I are of one mind. It's telling me off for underestimating it. Five hundred miles, it will take us there in an hour. Let's go."
As he spoke, he took Ji Dong and Lan Bao'er one in each hand, jumped off the ground and flew directly onto Thunder's back. He put both Lan Bao'er and Ji Dong on the dragon saddle. Both of them were still underage, smaller than Frey, so they were somewhat crowded on the broad saddle, but it was acceptable.
Frey lightly pressed on the dragon saddle, and with a clanging sound, Ji Dong and Lan Bao'er only felt a slight discomfort on their waist and legs. The blue-purple saddle quickly closed on them just as Ji Dong had seen before – completely enveloping them and securing their bodies in place. Even though they were high in the air, they didn't feel at risk of falling off.
