As he opened the first page, Ji Dong was taken aback. The pattern depicted on the page was familiar; ten series totems that formed a lively circle, resembling uncannily the stone door fresco he had almost been destroyed by during his journey to the underground palace with Yao Qianshu. The aura was similar too, albeit much dimmer. Beside the pattern, a large number of ancient characters spread out in an annotation whose content he couldn't comprehend.
The next ten pages each portrayed a totem of their own, and copious small annotations, illegible to Ji Dong. However, looking at the lifelike totems, he had the faint feeling that these inscriptions gallied with the totems and his own Five Elements Array.
