"Uncle!" Xiao Lou cried out in surprise, quickly running toward the direction of the swimming pool.
When Chang Jie emerged from the pool, his Attribute Metamorphosis had vanished, and he struggled for breath in the water. The only reason Qi Yue had stopped the fight was because Chang Jie's energy was already close to depletion. Qi Yue didn't want his future companion to get truly hurt.
With his hands behind his back, Qi Yue stood by looking somewhat cool. He didn't approach them but watched Xiao Lou and Chang Jie silently.
After catching his breath for a while, Chang Jie leaped out of the pool, his face stern, watching Qi Yue with a changed expression.
"Xiao Lou, apologize." Neither Qi Yue nor Xiao Lou expected Chang's first words after he emerged from the pool to be an order for an apology.
Xiao Lou hesitated, looking at him with questioning eyes.
