The man howled in anger, as though the entire building quivered with him. A clear sensation of energy erupted from his powerful body, his entire being akin to a ticking bomb- his vast energy radiating out caused the security guards to step back in intimidation.
Qi Yue walked over to the man and said, "Little Miss Xiao Lou should be alright. I think she was just frightened, but she should be taken to a hospital to be checked out. She also inhaled some smoke earlier—I'm unsure if it had any detrimental effects."
The man turned to Qi Yue, and as their eyes met, the guards surrounding them seemed to see sparks of tension in the air. He slowly nodded, appearing to calm down somewhat, then bent down to lift Xiao Lou into his arms and headed for the stairs.
