"Wait a minute, thank you." A voice as gentle as the sound of celestial music led Qi Yue to instinctively hold open the half-closed elevator door. A shadow hurriedly dashed in from outside. Though the movement was swift, an aura of elegance was maintained.
"Thank you." The gentle voice spoke again. When the elevator door closed, Qi Yue's eyes met with those of the newcomer, and in that moment they both froze. The latecomer was actually Xiao Lou, whom Qi Yue had run into earlier on the third ring road.
"What a coincidence." Qi Yue chuckled.
Xiao Lou stared at him with a perplexed expression. "What brings Mr. Qi to Lanbao?"
"Looking for someone." As he spoke, Qi Yue pressed the button for the twenty-sixth floor.
Watching this, Xiao Lou's face turned a slight shade of pink, "You're not here to find me, are you?"
"Huh?" Qi Yue was taken aback, "Why would you say that? Of course, I'm not here for you! This is just a coincidence."
