"Your ID, and your occupation." The police officer clearly wasn't about to let Qi Yue off easily. The three other officers, about the same age as the previous one, stood off to the side without uttering a word. They subtly formed a circle around Qi Yue and Wen Ting at the center.
Resignedly, Qi Yue handed over his ID card, saying, "I'm unemployed at the moment."
The officer glanced at Qi Yue's ID, then at Wen Ting, "Come with us to the station."
Qi Yue, slightly annoyed, asked, "What for? I haven't broken any laws."
The officer let out a cold huff, "I suspect you of abducting a virtuous woman. Come on, get in the car. Do I really need to cuff you?"
"Bullshit! You piece of shit are the one abducting the virtuous woman. Got any proof?" Qi Yue was livid. In his current state as Kylin from King of Zodiac, let alone his past persona, he could not tolerate such slander.
