The movie has reached its finale by this point.
Spiderman wasn't able to make it to his date with Gwen.
There he was, hanging upside down like a spider, dressed in his battle suit, and holding a flower in his hand. On a moving night, he appeared before Gwen.
"I have a friend who wants to say sorry to you..."
Gwen was startled, then ventured to ask:
"Peter?"
"Yes...my friend, Peter."
"Why didn't he come himself?"
Spiderman looked ashamed: "Perhaps he should apologize to you in person, though he did have a reason for missing that date..."
Gwen seemed to realize something, her face filled with shock:
"It's you!"
"Not me..."
"It is you!"
Gwen snapped angrily: "You saved the train, my mum was on that train, she met you!"
Spiderman remained silent.
Suddenly Gwen laughed: "Just kidding, I just saw the news, but you've already admitted it."
Spiderman fell silent again.
