"I know you have being very busy in the last few weeks but you have to understand why I am here"
"What about the one in Japan? How do they plan to take care of that?"
"They have already requested help from many other countries and last I heard, they had gotten into contact with Hunter Sung Jin Woo" Gunhee explained
"Then they are in good hands" Steve noted before sighing
"I'll leave you to it then"
"Thank you, however, if possible, could you notify Hunter Sung Jin Woo to meet with me tomorrow?" Steve asked
"Why? Did anything go wrong?"
"He may be able to help more than I can" Steve replied before turning to leave
"I see" Gunhee said before entering his car and it drove off.
Steve, on the other hand, immediately found his way to his workshop. The people worried about the S-ranks but he had something else to worry about.
"Judy, open Project Cartenon" Steve ordered as soon as he entered the basement of his building
[As you wish] Judy replied as the entire basement lit up
Project Cartenon was something he began working on as soon as he returned from Jeju Island.
Even if it was a great victory for the entire country of Korea and possibly the entire world, he viewed it as the world's greatest defeat.
Yurgumunt had not only shown him the true power of a Monarch but he had also gone away with all the information he had gathered about this world.
Steve didn't know what information the Monarch would find useful but if there was anything he knew about operating such a large scale operation.
It was that any event or being no matter how weak or small could affect the outcome.
Many Wars in history would have taken a different turn if not for a small piece of information or one individual.
"How is it coming along?" Steve asked as he pulled off the suit jacket he was wearing
[We currently have 93% efficiency, are you sure you want to go through with it now]
"I kinda have no choice, now do I" Steve said as he immediately began working on the holograms that had just popped up.
He always knew that this day would come, he had being in this world long enough to know that power wasn't just granted to people for free.
It was easy for him to guess that one day, those monsters would come back to the power given to him.
Well… Truthfully, he hadn't thought of it at all but after the humiliating defeat from Yurgumunt, he realised just how vulnerable he actually was.
He may be powerful but that was only amongst humans, the Monarchs or monsters like that statue were an entirely different breed.
Steve spent the rest of the day working on his project, it was one that should elevate him to a whole new level beyond anything.
[Are you ready sir?] Judy asked as she stood over Steve who could be seen lying down on what looking too much like a surgery table.
"Unfortunately I am not but do I have a choice?" Steve repeated for the second time.
