CHAPTER TWO
BEST OF FRIENDS.
Samantha Jayson, daughter of Rebacca Clerk and Larry Jayson both friends to the family of Antonio and Naomi.
Sam was born in the same year as Jane, just that Jane was 4months older. Jane and Sam became friends because their both parents were really close to each other but they became best friends because they shared the same fantasies and dreams, though they had different visions, they only shared the same fantasies and dreams because they were raised in different families and had different orientations about love and family.
Sam growing up never saw her parents fully happy and in love, they were constantly arguing and majority not talking to each other, there was no lovey dovey between her parents as they disagreed almost all the time. Whereas, Jane's situation was the opposite. Sam knew her parents loved her more than they loved themselves and they were more of the perfect parents than perfect couple but she didn't classify them always fight as a perfect parents because why will parents fight in front of their child?
Sam was with Jane always and she saw how perfect Jane's parents were and how affectionate they often behaved with each other and this made Sam a little bit envious and wishes her parents were this perfect.
Sam began to fantasize so much on having a perfect family and a perfect love life when she becomes an adult, she also had dreams of becoming one of the best fashion designers in the world just like her mother Rebacca. It was her fantasies and her dreams thst made her had similarities with Jane and Jane on the other hand got to like Sam so much because of how she would talk to her about her fantasies and dreams and they had a very good relation in that aspect of their lives. One major difference was that sam knew her priorities and Jane had missed priorities and was on a wrong track of achieving her dreams, both of them who were still kids at then, couldn't render positive advice to one another but could only share thoughts and ideas.
Jane and Sam did almost everything together and spent the most time together, they attended the same school and were both in the same class. They were practically sisters and would often introduce themselves to others as sisters. Both girls were super intelligent and smart kids as they would always come top in the class and whenever they are in school, it's difficult to see them apart, everyone knew how much they loved each other. Jane was an extrovert who loves making friends, talking to people, open and playful whereas Sam was an introvert who keeps to herself, barely speaks, has lesser friends and not an open person. Everyone could see their dissimilarities but can't help but wonder how these two became best of friends because to everyone, they are just the opposite of themselves and this made people want to know what they shared in secret that made them best of friends to the point of calling themselves sisters but most people brush off this thought by thinking it's because both parents are friends and that explains why they became best friends.
Sam and Jane knew what they both shared in secret and they knew what they both believed and agreed on which made them sisters.
Having a best friend like Jane, Sam was mostly saved from bullies at school and at the park, Sam always had Jane to watch her back and prevent her from getting hurt by their playmates and classmates, Sam was mostly the quiet girl while Jane would call anyone on their wrong behaviors and wrong actions. These two were literally the opposite, their families nature was what made them share the same fantasies and dreams.
For Jane, Sam was the only friend who could understand her imaginary world and could perfectly picture it with her and Jane felt Sam was her soul sister as they both seeked and believed in happy endings and a perfect love life, whereas for Sam, Jane was the only friend who could see and understand her struggles and keep her dreams alive. Sam saw and needed a friend in Jane and Jane always came through for her whenever she needed someone to talk too or someone to fantasize with, whenever she see her parents fighting, Jane was always giving her hopes of happy endings and finding a perfect partner and building a perfect relationship and family.
Both girls dreamed of becoming the best fashion designers in the world and they both wanted to outdo their mothers in the fashion industry and make big names for themselves but Jane's track was way too off the rails and it will be so easy for her to crash. While Sam's track was perfect and her priorities were placed right as she had always arranged her life plans in a perfect order as she wasn't always obsessed about finding love the way Jane was obsessed and that obsession made Jane's priorities placed wrongly, her fantasies were by far greater than her dreams.
These best friends were still kids and they needed every direction to go through the right tracks and stages of life, to them, they were seen as the perfect best friends because they came through for each other and complimented each other's needs.
