Lu Ming sat in the car, somewhat lost in thought as he looked through the rearview mirror.
Lu Ming got out of the car and headed towards Jing Yiren.
Only when he got close did he see a fountain pen and a ballpoint pen lying on her table and beside her hand.
She would have only chosen to use a brush if she had trouble using those.
Jing Yiren instinctively looked up when she heard the rustling of footsteps.
Upon seeing that it was Lu Ming, she smiled at him, "Uncle, you're back!"
"What are you doing?" Lu Ming asked in a gentle tone, stopping in front of her.
"..." Jing Yiren hastily put down her pen, using both hands to cover the draft on the table.
She dare not lower her arms, fearing they would be stained with ink.
She watched Lu Ming with wide eyes, on the defensive.
"Nothing much! Just writing some poetry for fun!"
How dare she admit to Lu Ming that she was punished by her professor - that would be utterly humiliating.
