"Hello, my name is He Che."
He Che took a few steps forward, stopping at a distance that was neither near nor far from Xia Wan'an, and spoke with a humble and generous tone.
"I am really sorry about last night, I was drunk and lost my composure, I apologize."
With that, He Che bowed deeply, his body bending at a ninety-degree angle.
Xia Wan'an, feeling guilty, took half a step back, "It's okay, Mr. He, I accept your apology."
"Thank you." The tone of He Che was utterly sincere.
This man was too polite...
Xia Wan'an responded: "It's okay."
After a pause, recalling the purpose of her visit, Xia Wan'an spoke again: "Mr. He, may I ask you something?"
"I'm all ears."
"Last night, Mr. He, did you mistake me for someone else?"
He Che, seemingly surprised by Xia Wan'an's question, paused for a moment before nodding and answering, "Yes."
"Do I look a lot like the person you mixed me up with?"
He Che shook his head: "Not at all."
