Tao Yue overheard them say it was cheap, her eyes widened a bit involuntarily. These clothes were so expensive and yet they described them as cheap; it seemed like there were too many rich people in River City.
Tao Yue had overlooked the fact that every garment for sale in the store was unique, with only one of each design available. These clothes were actually quite affordable.
After each of the girls bought a piece, they left cheerily.
"If only I had a store like this." Li Tingting had a moment to herself, sipping water and gathering her energy on the couch.
Tao Yue chuckled: "If you work hard enough, you will have one."
"But how hard will that be?"
Li Tingting sighed then asked, "Tao Yue, is Boss Lan's family very wealthy?"
Tao Yue was bemused by her question: "Why do you ask?"
