Chenxing almost let out a sound underwater when she saw the large characters spelling out "Fidelity and Filial Piety Archway".
She's always been fascinated by history, and she had researched a lot about this ancient city. They say the history of the "Fidelity and Filial Piety Archway" could be traced back to the Ming Dynasty. There is a plaque on the archway, inscribed with the words "Imperial Decree".
The coiled dragon pattern on the top of the plaque is incredibly exquisite and luxurious. Even with some corrosion, the authentic ancient script still made Chenxing's heart skip a beat.
There is a little tree on top of the archway, probably grown there before the flooding. Now the brick and stone at the top of the archway are badly loosened. It doesn't yet threaten the little tree, but it no longer shows signs of life, standing there as if telling stories from the past.
Suddenly, a word is spelled out on her palm: "Slow."
