Wei An clenched his fists tightly in jealousy as he saw everyone showing concern for Wei Qin. The attitude they had towards him was worlds apart from the one they showed Wei Qin.
Fortunately, there was still his brother-in-law, who hadn't gone to flatter and fawn.
Wei An looked at Lu Da with a hint more dependence in his eyes.
However, when Lu Da caught his gaze, he guiltily lowered his head.
"You shouldn't have come," Jin Lifu finally stepped forward, cautiously pushing Wei Qin's wheelchair to the most inconspicuous corner. It was quieter here, hoping it wouldn't disturb him later.
"I wanted to come." He wanted to hear the truth with his own ears.
"Did Huo Beijiang tell you about this?" Jin Lifu's tone was somewhat disapproving, "He really is reckless, knowing something bad was going to happen and still disturbing your recuperation."
Wei Qin slowly shook his head, his clear and pale face revealing a warm smile at the thought of Huo Beijiang.
