Xu Siai was frustrated.
She forced herself to continue reading.
The front page contained a cheesy love story between Diers and Lina, written by a romance columnist. The story that they were childhood sweethearts who, after agreeing to a private engagement, officially started dating upon reaching adulthood, and have now decided to get married, was ridiculously fabricated. Accompanying the story was a photo of the couple.
The content was mushy, but the photograph was confusing. It seemed less like a couple's photo and more like a solo performance by a woman.
Diers in the photograph had a gloomy face. Forget smiling, Xu Siai could see a strong murderous intent in his eyes. If you took this photograph out of context, many people would undoubtedly think that Diers was posing with his father's murderer.
"HI, Sister Siai!!" A man with blond hair walked in and, seeing Xu Siai's dark face and fiery eyes, nervously called out in a soft voice.
