"Huoyue, pick me up at XX place at 9 a.m. tomorrow..." Chi Xingye informed him covertly, detailing the route that could help her escape the castle tomorrow.
"Alright, Boss! I'll be there on time to pick you up tomorrow!" Hao Huoyue pledged his compliance without hesitation.
Chi Xingye glanced around the room, naturally finding no trace of Helian Chengyan. At this hour, the servants weren't disturbing her, something he must have arranged intentionally. Chi Xingye wasn't hungry, so she stayed in bed to conserve energy.
Later at night.
Helian Chengyan came back earlier than usual. The first thing he did upon returning was to ask the servants, "Is Yeye awake yet?"
"Miss Chi hasn't woken up. She's spent the whole day asleep in her room!" replied the servant truthfully.
Even though His Highness had strictly instructed that no one could disturb Miss Chi's rest, the servant had entered the room once. They knew that Miss Chi had been in bed the whole time.
