Tianxue was so curious about the taste, she took a sip, and nearly dropped the cup.
"Yuck!" Tianxue hastily ran to drink some boiled water, "Don't drink it, it's bitter! I'll have my brother find a good doctor for you, you won't have to consume such bitter stuff!"
Wanqing had tasted so much bitterness in life that this seemed insignificant. She tilted her head back and drank it in one gulp.
Tianxue was startled, almost falling over, looking at Wanqing with unconcealed admiration.
Wanqing stuck out her tongue, her eyes welling up with tears: "So bitter..." She then took a big gulp of water, followed by a piece of the alpine candy she just bought.
Tianxue patted her on the shoulder sympathetically: "It's alright, it's alright. Good medicine is often bitter."
