The traffic conditions were quite favorable ahead, even though it was the peak of the after-work rush hour, the cars kept their distance from Yun Mo's Phantom.
The road was smooth and the driver was relaxed, but Yun Mo furrowed his brows and looked at her without giving a response.
She had no choice but to look at his well-defined face and gently tug at his sleeve, "Is it okay?" She looked hopeful, "Just go for a check-up, that'll put us at ease."
He moved his gaze forward, "No."
His voice was firm, strong and somewhat cold, offering her no room for argument.
But it had been a while, and she was no longer as fearful of him. So, she continued to pester him, "Amo?"
"I've been busy with work lately, I don't have time."
"Oh," she responded, truly understanding that he didn't have time to spare for work reasons.
But then again, it wasn't really about business matters. It was about the fact that that kind of examination would involve personal privacy.
