Xibao hummed a response, her eyes twinkling as she hooked her arm through Jin Ruochu's, "Grandpa Jin, you still haven't told me why there are different people talking inside the radio! I've searched several times, opening the little door of the radio, but there's only a battery inside, no people. I'm so small and can't even get in, so how did the brothers and sisters who sing and talk get in there?"
Wen Ruyu burst into laughter, "Old Jin, that drink wasn't for free!"
Lu Jiang, sitting at the second table, glared, "Lu Xibao, when did you pry open the radio?"
Xibao crossed her hands and covered her mouth, her eyes swirling around as she uttered, "Dad, what did you say? What did you say? My ears are too small; I can't hear a thing!" It was only after she had finished that she remembered she should have covered her ears, not her mouth.
Lu's father glared at his son, "Xibao pried it open in front of me; I told him to do it. What about it? Are you going to scold me too?"
