"Are you happy?" Chen Yiran asked with a smile, ruffling her hair.
"I am!" Tianxin nodded enthusiastically, rubbing her head against Chen Yiran's body. "Didn't you say you had to work this weekend? How come you're here?"
"I stayed up late last night and finished everything I had to do today." Chen Yiran chuckled, then took Tianxin by the hand and started walking towards the school gate. "But there was a minor hiccup this morning, or else I wouldn't have come this late."
"It's not late, not late, I just got back to school too." Tianxin quickly shook her head, thought for a moment, then said to Chen Yiran, "Did you know? I attended a parent-teacher meeting today as a tutor to my student."
"You?" Chen Yiran raised an eyebrow, looked at her with a dubious expression and asked, "Went to a parent-teacher meeting? Didn't they mistake you for a student?"
