All the way, Tianxin bore the brunt of countless glares tossed her way. Finally, she couldn't resist turning to Jin Yutao next to her and vented, "Can't you maintain some distance from me?"
"What for? Little Pekingese?" Jin Yutao narrowed his eyes and glanced at Tianxin, who was looking rather dull. He quipped, "What's wrong with me standing next to you, even helping to block the sun? Don't you see how harsh the sun is today? I'm being so kind, but you're actually rejecting me?"
"Do you really need to cling to me, though?" Tianxin's face flushed slightly. Although this guy was four years younger than her, anyhow one looked, he was already a grown boy. And walking hand in hand like this would certainly be misconstrued if seen by anyone.
"With so many people around, what if we get separated, right, Auntie?" Jin Yutao teased, his eyes full of mischief as he looked at Tianxin.
