Chen Yiran slightly turned his head, looked at the groom's face, and knew that the total push-ups he had done in his entire college life were less than ten. So, Yiran faintly smiled and said to the room, "The groom will need to carry the bride out later. If he becomes weak from doing push-ups now and cannot hold the bride later, what will happen if he drops her?? I'll do it for him."
After hearing this, the groom gratefully looked at Chen Yiran.
Chen Yiran handed the red packet and mobile phone he was holding to the groom, then briskly laid himself on the ground and, in sync with the surrounding crowd's rhythmic count of "one, two, three...", he deftly completed ten push-ups.
Upon seeing him complete ten push-ups, the groom quickly stretched out his hand to help him up, and the two shared a knowing laugh.
