There are commercial buildings in the slums, too, older shopping centers, but heavy foot traffic. The second guy, Shao Yuansheng, rented a storefront on the first floor of one of these buildings. It was further from Zhao Feifei's home, but still within a few kilometers.
Shao Yuansheng ran a pet store and was kind of a half-assed vet. He didn't have a medical license and was a quack doctor.
You Mingxu and Yin Feng pushed open the door to the pet shop, and a few dogs inside immediately started barking. You Mingxu took a first look at the environment, it was a bit dirty, pet cages were stacked in the corner, all sizes crammed together. Shelves lined the walls, displaying a variety of pet food and supplies from various brands.
Yin Feng crouched down to look at the dogs. He had nothing to worry about, since You Mingxu would handle everything.
