Song Jin wasn't home, and no one was around to cook lunch. Lin Wei, who had finished most of her English homework, was getting a bit hungry. She changed her clothes, picked up her wallet and phone, found a hair tie in her pencil case and put it in her mouth as she walked out of the house.
She pressed the elevator button while fixing up her hair, and Jiang Su emerged from a door not too far away.
With the hair tie still in her mouth, she gave him a muffled greeting.
Jiang Su was wearing a short-sleeved shirt with a casual style, unbuttoned to reveal a black T-shirt underneath.
His outfit had a K-drama vibe.
Jiang Su walked over and stopped behind her, glanced at her hair tie for a while, then asked in a languid voice, "Where are you heading?"
"To eat." Lin Wei finished tying up her hair, turned around to look at Jiang Su, and was about to ask him something when her attention was drawn to the band-aid on his nose.
The elevator doors opened and they both got in.
