Title: I'll be back, im just going out for some Milk...
...
Verosika stepped onto the stage, she looked on at the thousands of demons screming her name.
The stadium lights illuminated her, and the crowd went wild, the noise deafening. Demons were pushing, shoving, and even stabbing each other just to get a better view of her.
"Thank you all for coming you horny bitches!" Verosika shouted into the microphone, her voice echoing across the massive stadium. "This is my first ever live performance here, and I couldn't be more excited! Tonight, I have a special treat for you all—a brand new song from my unreleased album!"
The crowd erupted into frenzied cheers, some demons punching each other in their excitement. Verosika smirked, lifting her hand high. Her heart pounded in her chest, her eyes burning with anticipation.
"Lets not waste anymore more time then, let's burn this fucking place down!"
The sky above lit up with an intense orange and white glow as the music began to play. The opening beats of "Burn it Down" her new single reverberated through the stadium.
Verosika began to sing, her voice powerful and mesmerizing:
"Burn it down, burn it down,
We will tear it to the ground,
Let the fire take control,
Let the flames consume your soul."
As the song started playing, Tucker had just deflected a beam shot at the stadium.' This weapon is quite unique it uses some type of demonic energy and compresses it into a singular high intensity beam. To think weapons have developed to this degree.'He landed back on the rafters with a smirk, his adrenaline pumping.
Above, Hammerstein, the demon shark, was furious, shouting at his men.
"Why the fuck is that shut performing why haven'tthe others taken her alredy? And why didn't our weapon hit anything?"
"Um boss, you might one to take a look at this." One of Hammerstein's minions nervously showed him a live feed of a demon waving at the camera and blowing a kiss.
Hammerstein didn't need to see the demon's face to know who it was. He recognized that damn wooden sword and bushy orange tail immediately.
"The fox wants to play, huh?" Hammerstein laughed darkly. "Then let's play. Deploy more laser weapons! When I'm done with him I don't want to even see bones."
"Yes Boss!!!"
His men hurried to obey, setting up several more laser cannons.
Huuuuuuuuuummmm!!!!
They fired simultaneously, beams of destructive energy aimed at the stage.
Zeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!
Tucker glanced up at the sky, calculating his next move. "I haven't used that in a while. Let's see how rusty I've become." He took a deep breath, and the invisible kanji symbols on the tang of his boken sword lit up. Tucker went into a focused stance, the Iatsu pose, before calling out a sword form he had created over eight centuries ago in his boredom.
Seventh Form: Flaming Dragon!
He unsheathed his sword, and several fire dragons shot into the sky, intercepting the beams. The collision lit up the entire sky with fire, just as Verosika reached the chorus:
"Burn it down, burn it down,
We will tear it to the ground,
Let the fire take control,
Let the flames consume your soul."
The crowd went wild, recording everything on their devices, convinced it was all part of the special effects. Verosika, too engrossed in her performance, didn't notice the phenomenon.
...
Armyn, in meanwhile was still in the light booth ensuring that most of the stage lights were directed at verosika and not tucker Tucker, keeping him hidden in the shadows as much as possible.
Armyn whistled impressed" Well, someone at their Wetabix this morning!!!"
He looked up at the sky, astonished. He hadn't realized Tucker was that powerful. If he hadn't seen Tucker himself in the Wrath Ring, he would've thought he was a sinner. But that was impossible—sinners could only stay in the Pride Ring of Hell.
"Welp, looks like he doesn't need my help, for anything else, to bad...wait then doesn't that make me the side character."
....
Back on stage, Verosika was working the crowd, her thoughts drifting to Blitzo. She wondered if he was listening, if he was watching.
She hoped he could hear her and feel that this song was for him. She smiled radiantly, pouring her heart into the performance.
In the Pride Ring, Valentina watched the performance from her tower, munching on popcorn. She nodded appreciatively. "This girl has it," she said to herself. "But I hope Tucker agrees. I value his opinion, and if he disagrees, I might have to rethink bringing her on as my protégé."
In the Pride Ring, Valentina's robot, Fizzie, managed to put out the kitchen fire. She glanced at Valentina, who was still engrossed in the performance. "Miss Valentina, the fire is out."
"Good job," Valentina said absently, her eyes never leaving the screen.
....
Back at the fight above, Hammerstein was cursing Tucker and his entire family. None of the shark demons guarding the blimp noticed a small, foxy wisp sneak past them.
Tucker was relentless, deflecting beams after beam with a combination of agility and Swordmanship. "This is getting quite repetative." he muttered, slashing through another beam with ease.
"Burn it down, burn it down,
We will tear it to the ground,
Let the fire take control,
Let the flames consume your soul."
The crowd was in a frenzy, demons, imps, and hellhounds alike were lost in the music, unaware of the battle raging above them.
Armyn kept a close eye on Tucker, ready to intervene if necessary. He admired his friend's skill. "Damn, Tucker, you're a beast," he whispered to himself.
.....
"Come on, come you stupid Big pink dildo on wheels wake up for daddy..."
VROOOOOOOOM!!
"Haha, there ya go, you just needed a little twang." Blitzo had been trying to hot wire Verosika's car for 5 minutes straight, but finally it succeded.
He got into the car before looking in the review mirror, light's could be seen in the distance...no it didn't matter anymore, her job was her main priority now.
Blitzo thought thinking back to a party he and Verosika had attended, he remembered the looks those celebs and nobles gave her and how she acted completely submissive infront of them.
Not to mention that time when...no there was no point thinking about it." I go my way and she goes hers...fuck what is everything gotta be so complicated."
He had packed his bags at the motel, ready to leave. Now he was on his own just how its always been.
"Goodbye Verosika..."
...
Back at the concert, Tucker deflected another beam, the sky lighting up once more.
Above, Tucker continued his relentless defense, his eyes never leaving the sky.
Hammerstein's frustration grew, his curses becoming more creative with each passing second. "Fucking filthy Mutt! I'll make you pay for this!"
None of Hammerstein's men noticed the small, foxy wisp that had slipped past them, silently making its way to the blimp's control room.
Verosika stood tall on the stage, her confidence radiating. She had given it her all, and the crowd's response was everything she had hoped for. She thought of Blitzo again, hoping he was proud of her.
As the concert was reaching its climax, Tucker prepared for the next wave of attacks.
He wasn't going to let Hammerstein ruin this night. Not for Verosika, not for the crowd, and certainly not for himself.
