Chapter one, book 2:
"Wait- you want to leave the earth's solar system!? AND HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT THE STRING CHEESE IS THE SOURCE?? ALL OF THE DOGS MULTIPLY, THERE'S NO 'SOURCE!'" Sebastien yelled. "We saw the first dog eat a piece of string cheese.. Maybe there's a power source of their multiplication" William guessed. "Plus, we need to get out of here and warn aliens, this thing is growing fast!" William said.
"I guess you're right. I'll secure Qibli, you'll secure Pato." William said. "Ok." Sebastien said. "The cat carrier should be in my mom's work room." He said. "Which room is your mom's work room?" he asked. "The one next to the bathroom." he answered.
William ran upstairs and checked on Qibli, who was sleeping, because of its brumation (light lizard hibernation) and took him out and put him in a small translucent box. Sebastien got pato and lured him into the cat carrier using a treat, and then put them into the pet securer. William and Sebastien then got into their chairs.
"Ready?" William asked. "Yep, but I'm feeling a little hungry." Sebastien said. "Well, I'm guessing that eating before hyperjump would be a bad idea, you might throw up." William explained. "Ok." Sebastien said, before heading to the kitchen. He came back with a Rice Krispies treat and sat down. He quickly munched on it and buckled up. William sighed and shook his head. "Are you ready?" he asked. "Yup, but I don't think I will truly be ready to go faster than the speed of light." he answered.
"It goes 50x the speed of light… maybe a little under exaggerated" William said. "Wow, that's fast." Sebastien said. "At Least we won't have to worry about friction and aerodynamics, we're in a-a-A EECHHEEWWW- *sniff* AEECHEWW.. ahem.. vacuum." William pointed out. "Bless you," Sebastien said.
"How long will this take us?" Sebastien asked. About a day, which really tells you how far away the Altean system is" William said. Sebastien nodded.
William checked the pet box and their seatbelts and pushed his chair over to the hyperdrive station. He sent a designated course, the Altean system, and pressed a few buttons. A keycard swiper came out and he used it. Then, a big red button appeared, he hit it, and the house… just started forward. "Why isn't anYTHING AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaa…. Huh. because we are going ridiculous speeds, I feel like it would feel like a roller coaster, but this just feels like we are in a car." Sebastien explained. William nodded in agreement
A few minutes passed by, and William tapped his fingers on the table. "Can we get out now?" Sebasien asked. "Hmmmm… Alexa, is it safe to exit?" William called. An Amazon Alexa hooked up to a ceiling rail system came around the corner. "Huh. you don't see that every day." Sebastien said.
"Yes. It is safe to exit your chairs all though there is currently a 0.8% chance of injury due to floor movement, and possible motion sickness." The Alexa answered. "Sweet!" Sebastien said. He got out of the chair and started his way towards the pantry to get some cereal. William followed next.
Chapter two, book 2:
Then, they had breakfast. They had cereal on the couch while deciding what to watch. They decided to watch 'Avatar: the Last Air Bender', and once they finished their breakfast they decided to play with pato. They waved around a stick, and Pato was intrigued. He chased around the feather toy for a while, until they got bored.
Then, Sebastien turned on the radio.
"aklshklhsjkjtbjidfhgiljhalkhdbiuoisrivhkjkrjhziv" was broadcast over the radio. "Hmmm it appears that the radio does not work." he commented when suddenly, a "REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" was heard. it was Pato again, racing into the room.
"More poop zoomies." William said. "Well, now do you want to play minecraft?" he asked.
"Sure! Let's go!"
The kids hopped onto minecraft and loaded their world, SW survival. They went inside their lighthouse and grabbed some tools and torches and went down into the mines to get some iron, because for some weird reason the seed they were on had little iron, but then they found diamonds. As they left, though, they ended up dying.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO our diamonds!!!!" Sebastien said after getting blown up by a creeper in the caves. then they respawned, "Come on, grab some tools and let's go!" William yelled, grabbing some stone tools and bread.
They rushed into the cave and found the explosion and gathered their stuff. They got their diamonds back, and they even spotted a vein of iron. William mined it. They had a total of 42 coal, 16 iron, 3 diamonds, 16 lapis and 35 redstone.
They exited the cave just as the sun started to set. "Come on, let's get back to base camp before monsters start spawning," William said. They followed the river over to the ocean, and found the 'under construction' lighthouse and the safe area. They got inside just as monsters started spawning.
They went upstairs and slept through the night.
When they woke up they both went downstairs to use the iron they got to create two iron chest plates. "Let's work on the lighthouse," William said. "Ok" said Sebastien.
William and Sebastien left to get some materials for the lighthouse, William getting the wood and Sebastien getting sand for glass.
When they returned, William crafted the wood into planks and those planks into some sticks and created fences with the sticks and planks. Then, William decided that fences are a little too weird looking and flimsy to hold up the bulb and the rest of the lighthouse, so he used stone walls instead.
William split the fences with Sebastien, and he used them to finish their walls. Sebastien created the balcony, and his share of fences and the rest of William's to create the railings, and William created a box under the bulb so you could access the balcony without being blocked by it. Then he created the silts and built the bulb. They only had one piece of glowstone from a wandering trader that had de-spawned in a hole.
For some reason his llama was still out at sea, and was bobbing up and down in the bay. They managed to find 2 pieces of iron and smelted them into ingots when the game closed. "What happened?" "Let's check the cord." The cord in question was shredded to pieces. "PAAATOOOO!!!!! WHAT DID YOU DO TO THE CORD?!?!" Sebastien yelled.
Chapter three, book 2: R
"Mrewah?" Pato meowed, looking up from his sleeping spot. "Pato would never do that!" William said. "Hmmm, then what did that???" "grrowglegeh.." an unknown thing growled.. "hm??" William said. "what was that??" sebastien asked, looking around the room then at pato, "did you do that??" he asked.
"No, i don't think he did, it sounded gurgly and alien like-" *SPLAT* "ewww, what is that?" William said, looking at a gooey substance on the arm of the chair. Sebastien looked up. "William… look up." William looked up, to see a dark gray Joltik looking thing with a large mandible lined mouth crawling on the ceiling.
"A space tick." William muttered. They're known to drift around in space dormant until they bump into something. Then they get in through air ducts and eat whatever they can find, and their bite is paralyzing." "That doesn't seem very friendly." Sebastien said.
The space tick looked down at the kids, saliva dripping from its maw. It jumped down onto William's chair and hissed, waving its front paws at him. It was about the size of his head, with six black eyes and a dark gray pelt speckled with white dots. Pato then bolted away and Sebastien punched it, but as it landed on William's shoulder, the space tick bit into his arm, hissing.
"AAAAAAAGGHHH!!!" William said, shaking his arm. He ripped it off, leaving bloodstains on his shirt. William waved it around, then threw it onto the floor. "How long till the paralyzing toxin kicks in?" "Not now, we need to go!" They ran out of the room as the tick screeched and pounced again. They closed the door behind them. A thump was heard, then another gurgle.
"William..?" Sebastien said, turning around. His arm was red, still dripping with blood. "I'll be fine. It's not too deep, get me a paper towel and two large bandaids from the first aid kit in the bathroom closet."
A few thumps came from the bonus room as Sebastian went into the bathroom to get the first aid kit, and William took off his shirt to check the wounds. He winced. Sebastien came around with the paper towel and dabbed it on his arm. "It feels like when your arm falls asleep, but much more painful and it burns." he winced again as sebastien dabbed the other wound.
Sebastien then put on the neosporin and finished it off with the bandaids. "There." Sebastien said. "I can't move my arm anymore.." Said william.
"Hey, Alexa, Start protocol 'termination'" William shouted. Then, the robot came up the stairs and to Sebastien. "What organism do you want terminated?" Alexa asked. "A space tick in the bonus room" he said. The Alexa then opened the door and went in, closing it behind it. A 'pew' and a 'ee-' were heard from the bonus room.
"Protocol 'Termination' Complete. Starting cleanup and repairs." it said, over the speakers. William got up and walked down the stairs holding his arm, and sat himself onto the couch.
"You feeling ok? Sebastien said. "Yeah. it's a small bite for a space tick, meaning it got only a little bit of the toxin, enough to just paralyze my arm" William picked up the remote and turned on the tv and continued watching 'Avatar: the Last air Bender'.
Chapter four, book 2:
Back down on earth, the dogs have completely covered what looked like the earth and half of the moon, which is now looking like a large, barking chocolate ball. But inside of that chocolate ball is a pocket of anti-doggo, with a large steel dome, built inside of the hole that William's house left
after taking off. The dome had pipes and security cameras and a blast door labeled "Doggo Headquarters".
Inside is a council table with monitors and coffee mugs, lined with dog houses, dog beds and treat dispensers off to the side, and loitered with dog toys. In the middle of the table, a large steel and glass flask connecting the ceiling and table, in the middle was eight little grabbing things, four on each side, holding down a piece of string cheese. Above the flask were large screens.
Then, a dog came out of the doghouse, wearing a collar which had an anti doggo metal buckle which kept them from cloning, and canceling out the effects of the anti-doggometal. He struck a cat pose and yawned, then looked back and barked; "EVERYBODY, WAKE UP!"
shuffling could be heard from the houses as more yawns and grunts were heard. Then, some dogs wearing the same collar came out and walked over to the food dispensers and started filling up their bowls with food.
"Bark ruff bark arf grrr ruff bork" -we have an important meeting to attend.- said the dog with the largest collar. "Grr ruff ruff bark" -can we eat first?- said a dog with a semi-small collar. "Arf." -fine.- All the dogs sat down in their chairs and started eating their food, lined up from highest-rank (left) to lowest rank (right). Once they had finished, the head doggo started clacking on the keyboards.
-"As you know, we found a pocket of anti-doggo metal, or substance 119-EA. We found that holding substance 119-EA cancels out the properties of the metal and our multiplication properties, allowing us to take shelter here. Then, we created the Doggo-headquarters. Just last night, I sent a few expeditions outside of the affect zone and found what appears to be a piece of Cheese Heads* string cheese, which holds an entity we call 'Specimen 1' or 'Cloneworm'."- the screens showed pictures of the Cloneworm and substance 119-EA and a cloning dog.
-"The Cloneworm passes on cloning capabilities, allowing whoever eats it to have rapid cell multiplication, creating an exact replica and splitting after approximately 9.1370 seconds, passing down the effect to the product.. However, we gained our 'smarts' when a big brain human got turned into a dog And a mutation occurred in our brains that his and her brain cells fused with ours."- said the head doggo.
Then, from the string cheese came a small purple centipede looking organism with horns and yellow patterns, and a dark purple cone at the end of its body. It had a very noticeable head, with a spider looking mouth and two little arms sticking out of its face lined with spikes crawled out of the top of the string cheese and started circling it inside the flask. It was about the size of a finger, just a little longer.
-"behold, the Cloneworm."- said the head doggo.
-"wow, it's so… squishy looking"- said a low ranked doggo. -"its carapace is harder than steel"- said a mid doggo. -"but, this is why I called you here."- the screens turned to videos and pictures of William's spaceship. -"this spacecraft is what left the hole in the ground. Our scientists confirmed that the craft has traces of anti-doggo metal, leaving a deposit of it under the house. We have also confirmed that substance 119-EA is native to the planet of Altea, also showing that part of the craft is from a different planet, explaining why the spacecraft is so advanced and powerful than any other human spacecraft.
It holds the last remaining lifeforms of planet earth ..that we know of.. William Tennant, Sebastien Cole, a senior tuxedo cat named Pato and an adult Bearded dragon named Qibli as well as several bugs and insects. Just this evening, the craft disappeared from our long-ranged scanners suggesting that it entered hyperjump.
This poses a major threat to us, allowing them to warn other lifeforms about our attack and prepare. We must get these humans before they warn any aliens."- he said. -"YES SIR."- the council said at once. The head doggo smirked, nodded his head, and started preparations to stop the last remaining humans.
Chapter five, book 2:
William was jumpscared and spilled his cereal when the sirens wailed and the TV showed the 'get back in your hyperdrive seats, we are about to exit hyperjump' screen. "WILLIAM, WHAT HAPPENED??" Sebastien yelled from the balcony. "We need to get back into our hyperdrive seats, we are about to arrive at the Altean system!" William shouted back.
They ran around and got the cat and Quibli into their pet boxes and rushed to their seats, and then William moved his chair to the hyperdrive station and pressed the button and slowly skidded to a stop right in front of the Altea, and entered orbit phase.
"Here we are!" William said, waving his arms in a 'welcome' motion. "Wow." Sebastien said.
The planet looked almost identical to earth, but much greener, the seas were brighter blue, the planet had thin sci-fi rings around the planet and sun, with spots of cities and towns, circled by satellites and buzzing with spacecrafts. Speaking of spacecrafts, one was approaching them right now.
A large holographic screen appeared, with an Altean soldier on it. "Why does your unidentified spaceship have an Altean symbol?" he asked. "Uhhhhhh…" Said Sebastien. "Wait- you guys don't look like alteans, or adults- DO I HAVE TO CALL SECURITY? IS THIS A CAPTURED SHIP?" "No no no no no, this ship was re-used from my father's crashed spacecraft. He made a life down on earth, he decided he did not want to leave." he said. the man on the screen sat there, just thinking. "If you are truly a half breed, then why don't you have Altean markings?"
He asked.
"I do," (Alteans are chameleon-like organisms. They dont look like actual chameleons, they are practically fantasy elves, but with the power to change color and size/proportions. Explained by Alura in 'Voltron: legendary defender') "I just shapeshifted, ish, into a human to fit in." William closed his eyes, and his ears became pointed and a blue marking appeared under his eyes.
Sebastien stared at the markings on Williams face, his expression looked a little embarrassed, a little like 'surprise! I can shapeshift!' "Oh my, you really are an Altean half breed. But state your business, kids."
"We have come to warn you of a terrifying yet- funny fact… that might just cause the end of the universe…" Sebastien explained. "What's so funny about the end of the universe??" the soldier said. "Well, it's a forever multiplying and growing ball of… dogs." On the other side of the screen, the soldier looked very confused.
"What's a dog?" he said. "It's an earth creature, they are usually pets." William then explained what dogs are and transitioned to their story. From how it started to the space tick to hyperjump. "These are real pictures. See this? That's the second phase. The flood. The third phase, planetary flood, fourth phase, galaxy flood and at fifth phase, the entire universe. It may rip through the fabric of space and time if we don't stop it in time." the pictures flashed through the first three phases, and sent it to the soldier.
"Oh my gosh, these aren't bmi, borlboshopped or anything- this is raw footage. I'll take you down to the palace for a meeting." he said, with a nod.
The house and the officer ship landed near the palace, a huge, futuristic white and blue structure with 5 main pointed towers and courtyards lining the outside area. No walls surrounded it, and at the top of the middle tower was a disc sticking out of the sides. "Behold, the castle of lions." Said their guide as they landed. "Woah, it's so big!" Sebastien pointed out. "It's much more majestic and big than my dad described it." William said.
"The planet of Altea is and has been at peace for over 600 years. All of our kings and queens have been great so far. We are taking great care of the wild areas and our planet, using the best way to get power without hurting the environment- from the local star." He said. "You mean solar panels?" William asked. "Nope- did you see a giant ring around the sun on the way here?" he asked.
"Oh, that's an energy ring?" Sebastien asked. "It's called a Solar Power-Plant Superstructure or a SPS," explained the guide. "Ooooo cool! So a Dyson sphere!" William said, as they walked towards the castle. "If we are lucky, his majesty will allow us a meeting," he said, approaching the front door. He pressed a button off to the side, which made a zing-dong-ding-dong and after a few moments, a man with a blond mustache opened the door. "Welcome to the castle of lions. I am Koran, the king's trusted advisor. How may I help you?
"We would like an audience with the king, we have an important message to give." William said. "Hmmm.. how important is this message?" Koran asked. "So important that if we don't stop it in time, the universe could end!" Sebastien explained. "D'arvit!" I'll get you to the king right away."
He told them to come into the palace, and every room and hallway was like something from a fantasy and SCI-FI movie all at once. The place felt so magical. Koran led them to the king's council room and told them to wait there.
E
Chapter six, book 2:
"So, this palace is amazing! It's so big and cool, and I'm surprised it doesn't echo in the ballroom." Sebastien said. "Yeah, I bet there are fifty other rooms we haven't seen yet." William guessed.
The king and queen (they know this because they both had crowns) their daughter and the king's council came in. "Welcome, guests. I am King Alfor, and this is my wife and child, Ruby and Allura," (I can't find the name of the queen, so I made one up) "Please tell us your names and what planet you are from." King Alfor asked.
"Im William, and this is Sebastien." He said. "We are from the planet of earth and we have an important message to deliver." Sebastien explained. "Hmm… Yes, what is this threat? A war, a giant Weblum?" Alfor asked. "What's a Weblum??, anyways, no. It is a continuously growing ball of dogs, earth creatures that are usually pets."
William filled them in on how it started and their story, putting more detail and effort into their story than the one they told the soldier. During their speech, William airdropped their doggo-pocalypse slideshow which showed pictures, videos, stats and what might happen in the future.
"Hmm, I see… I need to verify this claim, first. Send me a video and a couple of pictures." Said the king. The council left as well as the royal family, and Koran led them to a gameroom. "Thank you, Koran! What kind of games do you have?" Sebastien asked. "Well, we have dungeons and manna, diamonds vs hexagons, hmmm… you can find them in that drawer." Koran pointed at a desk, Koran walked over to the door and called back to them one more time, "I'll be in the kitchen. Ask me if you need anything!" and he left.
Sebastien looked around and went over to the 'Dungeons and Manna' table and tapped it. A holographic table popped up, as well as some figures. The sides holded the stats, attacks and profiles of each warrior you could play as.
There was Gorlak, an ogre who had a lot of strength and health but not alot of speed and magic power.
Maida, a human who had low health and strength, but high speed and long-ranged magic attack.
Brulk, a half human half brute swordsman who had average strength and average health but great with melee and defense.
Orchid, an insectoid with high magic attack and defense with average health and ok speed,
Zeldalia, a canine-person with high strength and speed who had great long-ranged attacks but low defense and average health
Mako, a human healer who had average magic and great defense with average speed and health.
At the back side of the table was a 'create your own character' hologram, inquiring that the characters on the table were previously made characters by others. "Woah, William! You gotta check this out, its dungeons and dragons! But different! We gotta play." Sebastien said. "Ok, I've never played it before." William said, walking over to the table.
"Oooo, cool! It's a hologram!" William pointed out, waving his hands through the fake terrain. "Mhm, and we can even make our own characters!" Sebastien said. "Lemme create something first." William said. William went over to the 'create your own character' area and Sebastien sat down on the couch. Then, the sound of the door opening was heard, and the kids looked up to see who it was. It was Princess Allura, Who looked about the same age as the kids, standing in the doorway.
"Um, Hi?" Allura said, walking in. "Hi, So, You're the Princess? We were just about to play Dungeons and Dragons, do you wanna join?" Sebastien asked. "Umm, don't you mean Dungeons and Manna?" She corrected him.
"Oh, yeah. Sorry, we call it dungeons and dragons back on earth," he replied. "Oh, pardon me, but can you tell me your names?" Allura asked, sitting down on the couch across from William. "I'm Sebastien." "And I'm William." they said. "Sebastien and William. Nice to meet you. I think you know my name, but I'm Allura," She said. "Mhm." William said. "Well, you said you were gonna play Dungeons and Manna?" She asked.
"Yeah! Do you wanna play with us?" Sebastien asked. "Oh, yes please! Nothing like a good game to pass the time. But who should be the dungeon master?" Allura asked. "I will!" Koan said, popping in. "Ok, Then! Let's play! "Sebastien said.
Chapter Seven, book 2:
The unlikely trio of adventurers were made, Sebastien being a human berserker, Allura being an Altean magic healer archer and william being a defensive human mage. The dungeon master, Koran, set the world to be a ruined planet which was taken over by evil aliens. The creatures rampaged around the world and it was up to the trio to stop them. They started out in a camp inside of a ruined building. Enemies outside began their attack and raged into the torn walls, as
The trio leaped out of the building. Sebastien and Allura took slight damage due to low dice roll count.
Sebastien raged into the horde, as an enemy walked up to him. Sebastien rolled the dice and got a 9, landing the attack, but not dealing a lot of damage.
Allura came in and sniped the enemy from afar, landing a 14 and finishing off the enemy. William then casted a stun spell, landing a 7, and the stun spell radius knocked over five enemies, which then Sebastien brought his war ax down, landing a successful hit onto two enemies.
Koran was surprised by their luck. William casted a projectile spell, rolling an 11 and landing two hits onto some of the aliens. The Last three was Allura's, shooting three arrows at once but rolling a 2, failing all of the shots. Sebastien was hit, and William casted a barrier spell, which went in front of Sebastien and pushed away the enemies, knocking them to the ground which Allura shot again, rolling a 11 and landing two hits, finishing off one. Sebastien killed the other hit enemy and William used a successful spear spell that finished off the last one.
"Nice! We defeated the horde! What do we do now?" William asked. "We need to find the source of the alien horde. It looked like they were trying to get away from something." Sebastien remarked. The trio walked in the direction the horde came from. Five in game days later, they arrived at a cave, which had scrape marks and broken ground around it. "I guess we need to go in." Allura said.
"YAAAAAHHH!!!", Yelled Sebastien "GET OUT HERE WHATEVER YOU ARE!!!!!" "Well there goes our chance of a sneak attack." William retorted. "GRAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!" Something in the back of the cave roared.
It echoed through the walls and rumbled the ground, making William trip on a rock and fall due to low roll count, insisted by Koran. Then, loud stomping noises were heard from the cave, as a large, 120 feet long lizard with four large wings and only two front talons emerged from the cave and looked down at Sebastien. "Hey, you! Ugly worm monster! YAAAAAAAAAAAAA" Sebastien yelled, swinging his ax into the side of the beast's neck..
"SCREEEEEE" the monster roared, as it shook around Sebastien, who was holding tightly to his ax. "OH YEAH? WANNA GO? SCREAMING CONTEST!! RAAAAAAAAH!!!!" "GROOAAARH!!!!!!!!" "Ok you win." Sebastien said, as the monster swallowed him whole.
"Sigh." Allura sighed, shooting a barrage of arrows at the monster, rolling a 17 and landing most of the hits. GROOOOOAGH" the monster roared. William casted an ice spell, freezing the monster's head. Sebastien, with two hearts remaining, sliced out of the monster's stomach. He was covered in slime and blood. Allura shot a healing arrow at Sebastien, also cleaning up him. The monster slumped over and died, as a congratulating jingle sounded. the monster faded out of existence, leaving EXP, money and drops.
"I know you love 'charging into battle', but that was against our strategy and almost got you killed." William said. "Oh well." Sebastian said. "Let's loot this thing!" he shouted, rummaging around and grabbing coins, drops and EXP points. William and Allura joined in, leveling up to level three.
All of the sudden, king Alfor came in. "Children?" he asked. "Yes?" William said. "We have confirmed your claim. We have put together a plan, in fact we got word from one of our allied aliens that their deep space scanner picked up a gigantic blob made of an unknown entity about the size of a blue giant star, and growing quickly." He said. "Hmm.. Dungeons and Manna? Classic." Alfor said, looking at the platform
"We deeply thank you for this messa-" -KSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRK-
Kss-kss- a holographic screen appeared. On the other side was a dog, the same dog that was flooding the universe. "Is this thing on?" 'yeh' "I hope it works… Ahem.. William and Sebastien, even though you have gotten away this time, there's no way to get away from our invasion. You thought the anti-doggo metal would help? Well we found a way to counteract it. Nothing can stop us. We are coming for you, MUAH HA HA HA HA"-sssssssssssssssssssss- the holographic screen disappeared. "Did that dog just.. TALK??" Sebastien said. "Did he say anti-doggo metal? That is a metal native to our planet." King Alfor said. "WAIT! THAT'S WHY THERE WAS AN INVISIBLE BULB AROUND OUR HOUSE THAT KEPT OUT THE DOGS! IT'S ANTI DOGGO METAL! THAT'S WHAT WE NEED TO SAVE THE UNIVERSE!"
Chapter eight, book 2: T
The alteans might be warned, but the dogs are growing so fast that the entire solar system had been taken over by the dogs in 2 hours. In the effect zone of the anti doggo metal is the doggo base. But, the doggo base looked different, as it was under construction. The roof was transformed into a cone instead of a dome, and the interior had been completely flipped 90 degrees (Y). underneath was rockets and boosters and life support, all the things needed for a spaceship.
On the north face were large windows indicating that that was the main area. The east and west sides had letters labeled 'DOGGO-12-SPACECRAFT' and under the letters were 'produced by Doggo inc.'
construction took a while, but once the boosters had been fueled and the cone was stocked, It was ready for liftoff. "Are you ready?" the head doggo asked in his crew. "Ready!" they all said at once. The head doggo pressed a button, and the ship blasted off, carrying the cone of anti doggo with it, Indicating that it was made out of the anti-doggo metal deposit the house had left. "We are coming for you." The head doggo muttered. He pressed a few buttons, initiating a call to their locations. It turned on, and on the other side of the screen were their faces. He put on a translator and started talking to them.
"Is this thing on?" 'yeh' "I hope it works… Ahem.. William and Sebastien, even though you have gotten away this time, there's no way to get away from our invasion. You thought the anti-doggo metal would help? Well we found a way to counteract it. Nothing can stop us. We are coming for you.. MUAH HA HA HA HA…" he smirked and turned it off.
"Want a coffee, Rancher?" His butler asked. "I'll take a medium latte with whip cream, topped with dog treat crumbles. Wait- not the meaty kinds, the peanut butter ones'' He asked. "Great choice" He said. The butler backed away, bowing. A few minutes passed. "Yawn," Rancher yawned. "When will we be able to enter hyperspace?" his right hand dog asked, "And can I have a bone?" "We will once it's ready and charged. We don't exactly have the kind of power for hyperjump, either" The head doggo said. "Also, sure. BUTLER, GET THIS GENTELDOG A BONE" he yelled. "OK!" the butler answered.
A few minutes passed and the butler came around with the latte and the bone. "Thank you" The head doggo said, as the butler gave him his latte. The right hand doggo thanked him as well.
Another hour passed and the hyperjump system was ready. He powered it up and warned the Doggos inside to take their seats, and once all the buckle lights were green, he pushed a button, starting Hyperjump they had made a mistake… aaand the G-forces knocked them out immediately.
They woke up, one after another, realizing the damage they had caused. A lot of things had fallen over and broken, the doggos realized they were trapped in space and the navigation systems had broken, sending them to an unknown galaxy.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO! All our hard work, gone!!!!" The head doggo barked. "That's not it, sir!" the pilot doggo said. "Hmmmmm? Then, what is it?" he asked. "We are only one sector away from the Altean system Sir!" said the pilot doggo. "We can use the backup systems to get there." "What?" The doggo leader said. "I was not informed of this. What is it?" "The backup system is a door." "WHAT?" "Well, we put a doggo in the chamber, and that doggo starts multiplying and open the door. The momentum of the multiplying dogs will push us forward." "Well how long will it take to get there? We are on a tight schedule ya know." "Ermm… well it's not very fast so… The estimation is a month, if there is nothing in the way."
There was an awkward silence as they realized it would be a month without snacks. "But there is an alternative. Either we repair the ship, and risk some lives then visit a planet and extract their Covuononium acid, which would take two weeks tops if we send multiple parties out to do different tasks then another week to get to the nearest planet… so estimated 3 weeks. The pilot doggo explained.
"Time is of the essence, we gotta go with the faster route." he answered until the crew stepped in.
"sir, the engines are beyond repair, there are covino-num-in-blah acid rich planets in 200 lightyears, and we under-calculated the speed of the backup system… it would take us 2 weeks, if our supercomputer calculator works." he explained. "Welp, guess we are going with the backup system," the head doggo said.
He flipped the switch and pressed the backup generator start up and life support and the primary systems were turned back on. They loaded in the backup system doggo and took off his collar, allowing him to multiply. (this doggo was not sentient, unlike the council of doggos, who was)
They opened up the doors and they shot out, the momentum shooting them away. This time the speed slowly increased and they were on their way. "Now, we are coming for you, look out! Here come the doggos."
Chapter nine, book 2:
William, Sebastien and the royal family came running around the corner to the planning room. "I have a great Idea! In order to save the universe, we need to create a spaceship that has an outer plating of anti doggo metal, then load in as many species as we can!" William yelled, slamming his fists on the table. He turned on the holographic screen and started designing a spaceship.
"Wow, William! That spaceship looks cool!" Sebastien pointed out, looking at the design. It had a really long yet thin rod, with disks sticking out at the front. The back had a rectangular structure with four boosters sticking out the sides in an L shape. The two disks were a mall-like lobby, with stores, restaurants and professions like credit unions, salons, schools and hospitals ect. There were also entertainment areas like a theme park and pools and even a jungle gym, with movie theaters/cinema ect. As well as first responders. at the tip was the control room and the cockpit. The long thin rods connecting the engine rooms were residential, along with parks and outside rooms, each one representing a different planet's surface. The bottom had life support, the Covuononium acid storage containers, the farms and water containers as well as the oxygen purifiers and the engine rooms. phew! E
"I call it the FROGEE-ATLAS mark 1." William said. "That's impressive," Sebastien said, checking it out. "Yes. this is a fine spaceship you have, there. But where will we get all the anti-doggo metal, and how will we even make this? " King Alfor asked. "Oh, also it has a particle barrier. Just wanted to point that out.. But we get it here, and from other planets. Also, we have to make this, the universe depends on us." William poorly explained. "Hm. Ok." Then, King Alfor set up preparations to make the FROGEE-ATLAS mark 1.
About a week passed, and William got bored. He felt like he had done everything in the castle from meeting the voltron paladins to playing every board game with Sebastien and Allura. He went to the long-ranged communications system and decided to contact his mom. After a couple rings, no answer. Then, he remembered d_np3 and contacted her instead. He had the same results and remembered how it was probably late at night. He hoped that they weren't dead.
"William?" Sebastien said, walking around the corner. "Yeah?" William turned around. "We have been looking for you for a while- Whoa, is this the long ranged communications center?" Sebastien asked, looking around and pressing random buttons. "Sebastien, what are you doing?" William asked, whacking his hand. "I'm calling my dad," Sebastien explained, getting back onto the dialer. *Beep… beep… beep…* *click* "Who are you?" a masculine voice answered.
"Dad?" Sebastien asked. "Sebastien?" He said. "Yes, it's me! How are you alive? Is mom well? Do you have plenty of food?" He asked. "How are you alive?" Sebastiens dad said. "Sooo… William's house turned into a spaceship and we were in space for a while, then we left the solar system when we realized the dogs would continue to multiply and bury the whole universe, now we are on a highly-advanced alien planet and have formed an alliance… also, William is here too" Sebastien explained. "Hello!" William pitched in.
"WHAT THE HELL??" His dad yelled. "YOU ARE ON AN ALIEN PLANET?" "Yes, and we have a plan to save the universe from the impending doggy doom" Sebastien said. Oh, son, I'm so proud of you! We are safe in the basement so far, but we are hearing creaking, and the doors are cracking so we boarded them up… we are running out of food but at least your mom and Sammydoo are safe. It's currently 3:00 in the morning," he explained.
*Doo doo* -Please report to the construction site for an announcement.- *Doo Doo* "Oh, looks like we need to go. Good to see you, dad. Bye!" Sebastien said. "Bye." his dad replied. William and Sebastien rushed to the construction site.
Chapter ten, book 2:
As we were walking down the stairs to the site, Sebstien tripped and fell causing him to tumble down the stairs into an Altean named Bob, spilling his coffee. Bob then proceeded to yell at Sebastien in the Altean language because the coffee got on his translator, which broke it. "AH! QUIZNAK! GBUB RDJBI LUILGY PFGYV LEE!" the angry Altean said, then stormed off, frowning angrily at the stain.
"I'm glad I don't understand him. I don't wanna hear whatever he has to say." Sebastien said, recovering from the tumble. They walked to the site, and they observed the ship in progress. They talked to the site manager, which was Bob. He had a coffee stain on his vest and had a new translator. "Eep!" Sebastian squeaked.
"Sorry about your vest, man." William said. "This vest here costs 300 credits!" He yelled. "...Is that a lot?" Sebastien asked. "YES!" he replied. The two kids found koran, who led them to the stage. "ATTENTION, EVERYONE. THIS IS YOUR KING SPEAKING. I HAVE AN IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT TO MAKE. TWO ALIEN CHILDREN WHO GO BY 'WILLIAM' AND 'SEBASTIEN' HAVE ARRIVED ON OUR PLANET WITH AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE, ABOUT THE APOCALYPSE." the crowd gasped.
"PROVEN AND EVEN DETECTED FROM OUR LONG RANGED SCANNERS, IS A SUPERMASSIVE GROWING BALL OF ALIEN CREATURES CALLED DOGS. ACCORDING TO OUR VISITORS, A PIECE OF STRING CHEESE WAS DIGESTED BY A DOG, ALLOWING IT TO MULTIPLY. CAUSE; UNKNOWN. THE DOGS HAVE TAKEN UP THE ENTIRE ALIEN'S GALAXY AND IS STILL GROWING. BUT, WE ARE MAKING A SPACESHIP TO PROTECT US FROM THIS IMPENDING DOGGY DOOM"
"hey, I think I said that… hm. Did he hear me?" Sebastien whispered to William. "WE CALL IT THE FROGEE-ATLAS mark II AND IT IS PROTECTED BY THE DOGGO'S ONLY WEAKNESS, ANTI DOGGO METAL. IT REPELS DOGGO CELLS, AND ONLY DOGGO CELLS LIKE PUTTING TOGETHER THE SAME POLES OF A MAGNET.
ALONG WITH THE FROGEE-ATLAS mark II., COMES WITH MANY FIGHTER SPACESH-"
All of the sudden, engine-like noises came from the sky, followed by rapid barks and growls.
Everyone looked up at the sky, to see a cone-like spaceship about the size of a large room fall from the sky, followed by a large brown blob tail. Dogs started falling from the sky, as the UFO grew closer. Screams arose as multiple Alteans got immediately transformed into dogs, and the chaos started.
N
Up in the cockpit, it was also pure chaos.
*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP* "WE ARE RAPIDLY APPROACHING THE PLANET'S SURFACE, WITH NO WAYS TO BREAK OUR FALL!" the pilot doggo screamed, his words drowned in the sea of barks and yelps. "INITIATE BACKUP BOOSTERS!" The co-pilot screamed. "WE HAVE MORE BACK UP BOOSTERS????????!!!!!!!!! WHY DON'T DOGGOS TELL ME OF THIS!!!! REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!" the head doggo screamed, as he started strangling a doggo. He let go and ran around, screaming with the other doggos.
The co-pilot whacked a button and on the underbelly of the cone, four squares flipped open to reveal boosters which spewed blue flames, landing with a crash.
Chapter eleven, book 2:
An alien lay relaxing under the orange sun while alien crabs skittered across the green sand. Purple palm trees swayed in the wind and the clear blue dihydrogen monoxide (which is literally just water) washed on the shores. The alien was soaking in the sun when he heard a whistling sound.
He took off his sunglasses and opened his eyes to see… a dog, falling from the sky. "What in the name of qualk is that?" He said, watching it plummet into the sea. A quiet sploosh sounded from where the dog had landed, sending a wave of water that overtook the other waves and washed up near his foot. He looked back up, squinting as he saw another one. Mid air, the dog multiplied into two.
[Suspenseful music plays]
"The heck?" the alien said, getting up as he saw more and more appear. A dog landed with a large crash right next to him, sending him flying back with a shower of sand. He scrambled back up and ran to a hut, before looking up and seeing a huge wall of dogs descend from the sky. "UAAAAAAAAAGHHHHHH!!!!!!!" he screamed, taking shelter as the wave of dogs crashed onto the ground. Countless cities and towns were overtaken in less than 10 seconds as the dog flood completely overtook the alien planet in less than a minute.
Back on earth, supplies were running out and people were wondering if the gardens would grow enough food for the people, and They started hearing creaks and many rocks and dirt mounds fell from the ceiling. They were wondering when the impending doggy doom would take them.
Logan was only eight years old and was still getting used to the burrow, as they called it. He was on his Ipad, watching videos when his mom came in. "Hey, bud? Why are you on the Ipad?" she said, taking it away.
"You know your not allowed to watch videos in the morning"
She told him, looking at the video he was watching. It was titled 'MR Beast Last to Leave Circle Challenge'. "But mom! This might be the last day I can watch videos!" Logan whined. "Why do you think that this will be the last day you will get to watch videos?" His mom asked, one eyebrow raised. "Because the roof will fall on us!" He said, shoving his head under his pillows. "Oh, Logan. That won't happen! We're safe here!" she said, trying to sound convincing. She knew it was going to happen,.. eventually. "But- but I see the roof falling!" He yelled, pointing out the window, at a falling rock. "Bud, that's just a rock. It's not like the entire- *CRASH* *BOOM* "I TOLD YOU!!!" Logan screamed, shoving his face into his pillow again. screams and barks filled the air, and Logan's mom looked out the window. Like a faucet, dogs were pouring in and slowly flooding the city in the far end.
She ran all over the house, shutting window sills and locking the doors, getting ready for the wave. The big dog wave crashed against their building sending it back, and, *CRASH*.
It went black. Logan's mom woke up, wincing at her twisted ankle. Then, the shutters broke open and- "EEP!" The dog flood swallowed them both.
Chapter twelve, book 2:
50 miles away… The sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and the waves were washing up against the shore. tis the dream of the doggo mistress of earth.
She was TRYING to relax on the "beach", but it was hard when the "sand" was constantly multiplying and making lumps, the "water" kept barking, and the sun was a LED light. The chirping was the dogs yelping.
She had one of the rare anti doggo metal collars that only 182 doggos in their existence wore. Behind her was the lab, a bunker-like underground structure where all the research on the clone worm, anti doggo metal, the properties of doggofication and more was being done.
"Ugh. I wish I could go to an actual beach. But being the mistress doggo of earth has its perks, Like having the most servants! But it's boring cuz we are running out of food." the mistress muttered to herself.
"Mam! If you are hungry we could get you some steaks." said the "sand' underneath her.
"Sure, why not. Though I thought all the cows were gone. What is it made of?" she asked. "We thought of an alternative method to acquiring meat, but it has its flaws... Through mutation, very rarely, some dogs that touch a separate species will stay the same but with one or two sections made of dog cells. They don't multiply, transform into a dog when touched, or get affected by anti-doggo metal." He explained.
'Sigh. Just give me the cow part, not the dog one, ok?" she asked.
"As you wish, mam" the servant said, backing away. He swiped his key card and opened a heavy duty door that led to a stairwell. The Mistress rolled out of the 'sand' and adjusted her collar to expand the barrier around her. She walked over to the watering hole and took a few sips. Then, she swiped her keycard and entered the lab.
After the stairwell, was another door which led to an elevator. She entered it and went down.
At the bottom of the elevator was another heavy duty door that led to decontamination. After that was the ID check. She got in, as usual. She trotted over to treat dispensers and got a peanut butter bone. Then, she went over to the chillax area and chewed on the bone, while watching a nature documentary, on tropical islands.
"Mam, would you like your steak raw or rare?" Her butler asked. "I'll take it rare" She said, muffled as she was chewing on her bone. "Nice choice. Your friends told me to send a message. They would like to play frisbee with you" He said, walking out of the room. The mistress huffed, broke the bone into pieces and got up and walked to the frisbee room where her friends, Tina and Bob, were chasing a frisbee.
Her dog instincts kicked in and she chased the frisbee with her friends.
Many hours passed by, as the never ending fun kept on. The steak was GREAT, and the frisbee had been worn out. The Doggo Mistress of Earth then left after a long chat to go check on her… science experiment.
She trotted over to sector three, where all the containment of live creatures and robots were. At the end of the hall was her 'science experiment', a gigantic cyborg dog. "How's the process going?" She asked one of the supervisors. "Greatly. We successfully loaded in its laser cannons and doggo bombs, and are ready to invade the great space-hub planet of Altea.
Chapter thirteen, book 2:
The DOGGO-12 spaceship landed roughly but successfully. The bottom opened up with a *TSSST crash* and three doggos came out. "STOP. WE WON'T LET YOU CARRY OUT WITH YOUR PLAN. THE UNIVERSE BELONGS TO US, AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO." The head doggo said. "BARK GRRR BARK BARK GRR BARK!" As everyone else heard it. "Awww, I didn't know they would be this cute!" Allura said, approaching the head doggo. "Dashing, Am I right?" He said, with a smug face. "Sir, she can't understand us." His guard whispered to him. "Oh…" The head doggo then flipped on his translator.
"STOP. WE WON'T LET YOU CARRY OUT WITH YOUR PLAN." Allura flinched and backed away. "THE UNIVERSE BELONGS TO US, AND THERE IS NO- eep!" The five Voltron Lions soared over. "SIR, IT'S THE VOLTRON LIONS! WE NEED TO GO!" the second guard yelled. They ran back in and started up the engines and they sputtered out. The five voltron lions landed by the ship, one scooped them up and took them away. "HIDE THE CLONEWORM! WE WILL ESCAPE SOON!" the head doggo barked. The flask got lifted up into a secure hiding place.
"Well, it's as easy as that." The king said. "WHAT ABOUT THOSE DOGS?" The queens shouted, pointing at the growing mass. "Build an anti doggo metal barrier around that blob!" He yelled. Very quickly, a dome (originally going on the DA2) trapped the dogs.
"Arrrgh! Anti doggo metal! I don't like it. I DON'T LIKE IT. LET US OUT. Or at least just me.
"Hey!" "What?!" "WhaHH?!" "Jerk!"
"Don't just leave us here!" they all said.
"You're no fun…" He said.
"Wait… aren't we just back up engine thingies?" one doggo said. Everyone went silent. "You know what? We are sentient! We should not be used this way! Revolt against the doggo government!" "YAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!!" some alteans were outside of the dome, inspecting it. "What should we do with this?" one guy asked. "Turn it into a monument?" the other guy suggested. "It's too big to be a-" "RUUUUUUUUFFFFFFFF" the doggos on the inside barked, scaring the two men. "And it's too loud…"
"HAH! Nice one."
Days passed, with no sign of trouble. The council of the doggos were kept captive in the most secure prison in Altea. The FROGEE-ATLAS mark II's main structure frame and the main thrusters had been finished and was working on plating and wiring and walls. William went back to the long ranged communications scanners and contacted his parents again… still, no answer. It was midnight at the time.
"Am I still calling at the wrong time?" He complained, rubbing his eyes. He yawned, then dialed in d_np3's number and it was answered- "oh, thank goodness." He gasped. "Hello?" scarlet said, 'hey, ##### Who is that?' a background voice said. "One second…" she said. Scarlet ran over to her bedroom and shut the door.
"Hi, this is William, How's bunker life?" he asked. "It's cramped… The tube is long but it's not wide, it's hard to move around. But, the beds are comfy. The plumbing, electricity and the swiss air pump still works, too." She said. "Where did you guys go? Are you safe?" She asked. "Yeah, we're safe… We're on Altea, with a plan. We, and three other planets are building four huge spaceships, called the FROGEE-ATLAS mark II, where one atlas is connected to two other atlases in a triangle shape and the big fourth one is in the middle. Then, the castle of lions top off the middle one. it's designed to hold over ten different races of aliens!" William said, showing a picture of what they were trying to make.
"Wow, that's cool! I wish I could see that spaceship., but what's your plan?'' Scarlet asked. "Well, since we are plating the ship in anti doggo metal, it will be able to pass through doggos, having a bubble of vacuum instead of it being buried in dogs so we can actually move- but, then, we are going to find the string cheese, the source of the multiplication and destroy it- hopefully saving the whole universe." William said.
"Sounds like a great plan. I will see you soon. "#####, Are you back on with that boy you met o-" the jingle played as scarlet left the call.
"Sigh. I hope she doesn't get into too much trouble. William wandered the castle, looking for Sebastien. He went outside into the courtyard and sat down near the dome, which was still barking in anger. "BARK" William flinched. He looked around. "What made that sound?" He said. Then, as he looked up, was a gigantic dog, descending from the sky.
"Oh crap."
