Chapter 54 - No Escape

With fallen leaves pouring down like a downpour, a bright red cloth curling around a few tender leaves, also like the apple tree that day, and a startled young girl falling into his arms unawares, the teen couldn't help but grin.

The hot chest and arms were as hard as welded iron; at least they weren't furry claws. Dill tried to reassure herself but still didn't dare to move at all.

She knew full well that she was a worm that had fallen into a mending net, and that the hand only needed to pinch her and she would lose her voice instantly.

Dill slowly looked up.

He should have come after her after his transformation; the effects of the magic had not yet had time to subside. A pair of amber-colored beast pupils like those flowing pure, clear honey, brightly glowing in the dim forest. Pointed long ears from the slightly curly hair exposed, the teenager's hair color can no longer see half of the gold, but a beautiful thick dark brown, soft like melted chocolate, coupled with that silly, ingratiating smile, surprisingly let a person feel a few points of good-sweetness? Was she crazy?

Dill hated this feeling she couldn't restrain, she subconsciously tried to look for that familiar and reliable shadow on the other side. The blonde knight never seemed to disappear, they were the same person, and Dill didn't want to admit that.

What kind of demon was this? Sacred and savage were as natural to him as the transition between day and night; no one would even suspect him.

Probably because the expression on his beloved's face was too ugly, Mucha collected his smile and his expression gradually hardened, "Dill, I told you, I don't want to hurt you."

The prettiest of skins could not hide the ferocity of the beast's birthright, and there was hidden intimidation in his gentle words.

Again, as if to show his sincerity, he carefully lowered the young girl so that her feet touched the ground, but at this point, both of them knew in their hearts that a human could not outrun a werewolf.

It was ironic that when they were both in disguise, they were able to talk so eloquently, and now that they were both showing their true colors, they were speechless to each other.

Dill had been unusually well-behaved, and the red cloak on the ground looked like a puddle of blinding blood, as if to warn her not to do anything rash.

Only a lamb would turn its back on a wolf and run away. Amber poked her in the forehead, wishing she could poke spells and secrets into this useless little head.

And if he did get into a predicament where he had to run away, he'd act like a witch and blow him up. Her voice was encouraging in her ear.

Dill wanted to say something, but as soon as she opened her mouth, she subconsciously said, "Those people..."

"You don't need to know that."

Mucha's tone was still gentle, but Dill could hear a hint of a dangerous warning, so she shut up.

The young werewolf eyed her with amusement, perhaps he was sniffing out the young girl's volatile mind. As a knight, he was clumsy and introverted, which Dill had once found endearing, but now she realizes that the other man was simply clumsy in disguising himself as a human.

"You and I have a lot of secrets; we'll have a lot of time to really get to know each other later, okay?"

Now he didn't need to be in disguise, his golden pupils flared with a strange light, his upper body was naked, every inch of his muscles was brewing with inhuman magic, and the bright red spell marks looked like scorch marks. From the deep collarbone, to the sharp and beautiful lines and the single long back, the silhouette cast by the teenager was more aggressive than any man could ever be.

Mucha waited for the young girl's answer; the other didn't say anything, just suddenly crouched `down' to pick up the cloak on the ground.

"Don't catch a cold." Put on a shirt.

Dill picked up the cloak and put it over his head, and a clueless head drilled out from under the red cloth. Topped with a head of chocolate-colored curls, the pretty teenager looked at her with his honey-gold eyes open, somewhat at a loss for words, and for a demon, he was far too easy to let his guard down.

"Dill, you... " He was a little surprised, and Dill had a moment of weakness, but that was all it took.

The young girl pulled off the red cloth with all her might and blindfolded it over the other man's face, at the same time squeezing the old wound on her hand and silently reciting the incantation Amber had told her. A few drops of blood dripped down and were quickly absorbed into the soil.

There was silence all around, leaving a bewildered Moon Witch and a werewolf covered in a bridal headcloth, which was a bit awkward.

Is it too late to beg for mercy?

Dill couldn't see Mucha's face and simply ran away. A long, strong arm pulled her down menacingly, causing her to yell in pain. Not knowing if it was pulling on an old scar or the werewolf's hot body heat, her arm almost burned like it was going to explode.

"Don't touch me!!!"

Her fear and resistance were so extreme that she reached out with all her might, and in a flash, the ground beneath her collapsed, and a bright red light exploded out of the cracks, instantly obliterating the werewolf.

Dill looked at the scene in front of her with shock. The red cloak was torn into broken flowers by the thorns, only to see countless thorns gushing out of the ground to trap the ferocious demonic creature. The vines had absorbed the young girl's blood offering as if they possessed self-consciousness, and one of them was wrapped around Mucha's arms and legs in a dead end, and the thorns' thorns cracked a large area of red-colored roses, obliterating him in an instant.

Flowers and vines weave a cage to trap the struggling beast, Dill can not think too long and immediately turns to escape.

[[Goddess's Expectation B+] improves [Goddess's Expectation A]; [Divinity D+] improves [Divinity C]].

Where else can you run to? Dill didn't know how long Amber's magic could trap Mucha, she couldn't run from the werewolf; she could only think of a way while running.

The magic that was boosted just now doesn't seem to be of much use, [Goddess's Expectation A] is more like a test score after passing the game, and [Divinity C]...

Here!

Dill thought she heard wrong.

[Here! My black-haired friend!

Dill: ????
