"Cullen, Cullen," Amelia slapped his hand repeatedly. "You are hurting me,"
Cullen acted numb. He forcefully opened the door of his car backseat and pushed her in. He fastened her seat belt and slammed the door on her face.
Amelia fumed. "You better stop this right now. This isn't how you should handle what happened," she reasoned.
Cullen walked over to the driver seat and got in. He locked all doors and gripped his steering wheel so hard, tempted to punch on it.
"Cullen_"
Cullen's thin lips parted. "I'm sorry," he gripped the steering wheel hard and bowed his head. His body language let out the heavy anger he held towards himself in him.
Amelia's heart melted that second. "You don't have to blame yourself. I should apologize, and not you," she muttered softly.
Cullen stole a glance at her pretty face and started the car. He drove out of Daniel's yard and rode into the road with little patience.
The car fell into total silence.
