Pablo and Bruno are representation of today's people in the corporate world.

People like Bruno represent the thinking of an average salaryman who believes that only way to become rich by doing donkey work. 'Work hard, not smart.' They believe in sacrificing their health, time and family to earn money and fulfil their goals. They indeed become successful but at the cost of everything and in most cases their flame is extinguished before they can even feel sense of accomplishment. These people do not understand that time is money and one day their body and mind may not be able to keep up with their work. 

While people like Paulo are the thinkers and movers of the world. They refuse to see the world through the same lenses and instead find a different perspective. They look at a problem and see not one or two but ten solutions, each having based on different requirements. They are the elite of the world who risen from humble beginnings. They refuse to work a 9-5 job and wish to leave their own mark on the world. These are the ones that break and escape the matrix and will be the ones to truly enjoy their lives, reaping all the benefits of the toils and the hard work they have done. You may only see them as gifted and lucky beings who have been graced by God but you always seem to ignore the time and effort they have invested to get where they are now.

Today's world is ever changing and according to Darwin only the strong, the most adaptable ones survive and thrive and the weak, the rigid ones are with scrapes and left to day. Hence it is my humble request to all those who may read this work that one should always keep up with the current climate in order to be at the top of the food chain.
