A small group of men and women met together at a private location in New York. They were dressed in dark suits and red ties. A man in an expensive suit stood up speaking "As you may have heard, we have found something quite interesting."
He showed a video of the events that occurred in New York.
"We have reason to believe that a powerful crime lord known as Eloy has returned after being presumed dead many years ago."
There were several gasps of shock from the crowd.
Another man stepped forward "Is it true? Is he still alive?"
"Our intelligence says yes. We also have reason to believe that he is responsible for the attacks in New York."
More gasps filled the room.
