Willem looked at Chief and smiled. "There is one thing. Have you ever heard of a robot named Az?"
"No."
"A box will be arriving here soon with a prototype; we guessed you should be the first to test it out."

Jay stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom, looking at his body.
"Guess I've gotten buffed up."
He flexed his muscles. His arms bulged. His chest felt tight and hard. He stared at the veins on his biceps for a long time before turning off the shower. When he stepped out onto the mat, he noticed that the room seemed brighter. It took him a minute to realize that he was no longer surrounded by darkness. Instead, the walls and ceiling glowed a pale yellow light.
Things had changed, even the smallest things.
He thought back to what he and Jay talked about.
