He began a series of push-ups and sit-ups. He then ran through a few sprints across the room. When he finished, he stretched out his legs and arms.
After showering, Jay headed downstairs again. He took a quick glance inside the front door. Everything seemed normal.
It was almost noon. Time to meet with the others. He went outside and crossed the street. A car drove past slowly and honked its horn. Jay waved politely, then continued walking toward the agency building. This was a secret location, but somehow someone managed to pass by with a car.
He called one of the men.
"Kill whoever is in that car."
"Yes sir."
Jay waited until the car passed, then walked back over to the agency. Inside, everything seemed normal.
He went straight upstairs to check on his new recruits. They were hard at work, trying to finish their mission. He stopped by the desk first.
"What do you have for me?" Jay asked.
