Melanie introduced herself. "My name is Melanie, and I'm the leader of this movement. I want to thank you for coming out today. Everyone, please welcome our newest member. What was your name again?"
"Mark, my name is Mark." He didn't ask to be here, but at least they treated him nice.
Everyone clapped and cheered for him.
"You look troubled, son. Do you need help?"
Mark looked around the room nervously. "Um, yeah. I guess."
A man stood up. "Would you like to talk about it? We're all friends here. No matter what your problem is, we'll try to help."
Mark nodded. "What kind of problems are we supposed to share? Is that why we came here?"
The man laughed. "No, no! You should tell us about yourself. Tell us anything you want."
"Well, my brother almost died recently. It wasn't an accident. Someone tried to kill him. But the police think it was an accident."
