Ronk grabbed Lux's hands once again.
Lux closed his eyes and concentrated. He created an enormous amount of heat in his body. The monster began to burn. It let go of Lux.
As soon as it dropped, Lux's body stopped glowing and turned pale.
"Well, well. What have we got here?" Ronk said.
"This isn't working," Lux said.
"What is it, then? Some kind of skill? Or maybe even some type of mutation? If you are human, then you should die when you lose all your blood."
"Not exactly." Lux said. "I've lost blood plenty of times without any problems. This is something different."
"Hmm. Interesting."
Lux used his body to push himself up.
"Don't bother trying to get up." Ronk said. "You're done for."
"Oh, yes! I'm dead already. Isn't that great?"
"Just give up."
Lux raised his hands, creating a massive amount of electricity around him.
"What are you doing?"
