Mrs. Myles refrained from displaying much emotion but turned to Sienna with a warm, friendly smile. "Come with me to the study, and let's wait for Latte together," she suggested.
Mrs. Sullivan, however, stepped forward, her expression filled with concern. "But Helena, we're discussing sensitive matters in the study. Sienna, it might be best for you not to be involved. Why don't I show you to the guest reception room where you can enjoy some leisurely afternoon tea?"
Ignoring Mrs. Sullivan's suggestion, Mrs. Myles addressed Sienna directly. "Sienna, would you like to join us, or would you prefer some coffee? The choice is yours."
Sienna sensed from Mrs. Myles' demeanor that she was welcome to participate in the discussion, despite Mrs. Sullivan's protective instincts. With a reassuring smile at Mrs. Sullivan, she replied, "Mrs. Sullivan, I'm accustomed to having coffee while working. Please, don't worry about me."
