"Milton," Sienna said with an annoyed tone.
"What?" Brandon asked.
"He was the distraction," Sienna replied, her words sounding more like she was talking to herself than to Brandon. "Why is he everywhere? Every time I'm in the middle of something, he always pops up somewhere."
Brandon was a little stunned by this revelation, but noticeably less annoyed. Sienna's distraction wasn't directed at him!
But wait, she was still on a mission with Sullivan, rather than going to the exam as she had texted him. As he pondered this, his lips, which had almost formed a smile, fell again.
"What's wrong with you?" Sienna couldn't help but inquire, noticing Brandon's fickle facial expression. "You've had this odd smile since just now."
"Oh, really?" Brandon feigned ignorance. "I wasn't even aware of it."
"That is..." Sienna stopped herself from continuing, even suspecting he might have some split personality or something he himself wasn't aware of.
