On the rooftop of the school building, two figures stood, their gazes locked in a silent exchange. The boy, grappling with nervousness, extended a trembling hand holding a chocolate offering, stammering, "I... I... I... like... youuu," as he mustered the courage to ask, "Would you go out with me?" The girl, blushing, accepted the chocolate and reciprocated, "I also like you." Excitement bubbled as the boy declared, "I will make you happy forever." However, a surprising turn awaited as the girl critiqued the chocolate, claiming, "Your chocolate lacks a flavor." Undeterred, she leaned in and whispered, "Now WAKE UP."
Inside the house, a woman in her late 30s moved towards a boy's room. The dwelling, spanning ground and first floors, harbored four rooms on the upper level and a kitchen, bathroom, hall, and gallery on the lower. Having a garden of flowers. Inside the room woman says " This boy when will he grow up" looking at clothes disarranged left on floor, books were not on shelf, blanket half on bed another half on hanging to floor. After fresh up he goes down, looking at breakfast on table with the speed of light he finishes egg roll with bread & jam. After finishing he looks at his aunt and says "You make the most delicious food aunty ". Hearing his praise, she got up from her chair, hitting the head of boy she says "how many times I have to tell you that DON'T CALL ME AUNTY".
As the boy, Alex, quickly finished his breakfast, his aunt, Mrs. Miller, gave him a stern look. "Alex, you really need to start taking things more seriously. High school is a crucial time for you to focus on your studies and responsibilities," she scolded him.
Alex rolled his eyes playfully, "Come on, Aunt Marie, it's just the first day! Let me enjoy a little freedom before the seriousness kicks in."
Mrs. Miller sighed, knowing her nephew's carefree nature all too well. "Just promise me you'll make good choices, okay? And don't let your charm get you into trouble."
With a mischievous grin, Alex replied, "Aunt Marie, trouble and I? Never!"
As he headed towards the front door, Mrs. Miller called after him, "And be careful with those girls. Remember, not every interaction needs a touch of your handsome devil persona."
Alex chuckled, acknowledging her advice, and headed off to embark on his first day of high school, unaware of the adventures and challenges that awaited him. Little did he know that this seemingly ordinary day would set the stage for a journey of self-discovery, friendships, and unexpected twists in the world he thought he knew so well.
As Alex stepped out of his house, the morning sunlight greeted him with a warmth that contrasted the cool breeze. The familiar streets of his new city seemed to extend a welcoming invitation. Being a recent arrival, every corner held the promise of discovery.
He strolled along the sidewalks, absorbing the sights and sounds of the unfamiliar surroundings. The cityscape unfolded before him, a canvas of diverse faces and bustling activities. The decision to move came after his parents' separation, a chapter of his life that left him alone and searching for a new home. It was his aunt, Mrs. Miller, who became the anchor, adopting him just a month ago.
Today marked his first day at Goodwill High School, a place where he hoped to find not just education but also a sense of belonging. The school's name itself echoed positivity, hinting at the potential for a fresh start.
As he walked, Alex couldn't help but reflect on the challenges he had faced in the past month. Adjusting to a new city, a new home, and now, a new school presented both excitement and uncertainty. The city held secrets yet to be uncovered, and his journey toward self-discovery was only just beginning.
Goodwill High School came into view, its imposing structure exuding an air of academia. The schoolyard echoed with the chatter of students, and the sound of laughter provided a comforting backdrop. Alex took a deep breath, ready to embrace the opportunities that awaited him within those walls.
The school, he learned, housed students in a three-year cycle before they ventured into the realm of university education. It was a place where friendships could blossom, knowledge could be gained, and where he could build the foundation for his future.
Navigating through the school gates, Alex felt a mix of nerves and anticipation. The halls were abuzz with students, each seemingly lost in their own world. As he moved through the corridors, he observed the vibrant atmosphere that hinted at a community bonded by shared experiences.
Making his way to the main office, Alex encountered friendly faces among the school staff. The receptionist handed him his schedule, a roadmap for the academic journey ahead. His classes, the subjects he would delve into, and the potential friendships he might form were all outlined on that piece of paper.
As the bell rang, signaling the start of his first class, Alex took a final glance around, absorbing the essence of Goodwill High School. It was a place of beginnings, a sanctuary where he could rewrite his story. With newfound determination, he stepped into the first classroom, eager to embark on this new chapter of his life.
