After checking again that no one was around, he quickly cut off the goblin's ears before selecting the next target. Since there was no notification of the goblin chief or that Hulk-like giant goblin being nearby, Ash was extremely cautious and only targeted goblins who were away from the tribe's center or in the burnt areas.
Everything was smooth sailing until he looted six goblins' ears. Ash hadn't found anything to naturally boost his ego, and he grew a bit bolder. Only if that absolute silence wasn't around, making it feel like he was in a cemetery, would he be happier. It felt as if a storm was brewing, and he was about to run out of luck.
