"If you had spoken that in a low voice, then yes, but sadly, you didn't. So, it's not a dream," Ash said, rolling his eyes as he put her down. He had already acknowledged the fact that this girl was completely hopeless—she couldn't speak with her voice lowered no matter what.
"Where are we now?" The silver-haired girl asked, seeing towering trees all around her and a small wooden wall behind Ash. Though she seemed confused, the smile on her face told a completely different story.
"Out of the tribe and on the path to a nearby town. Just walk northwest, and you'll see the town in an hour and a half at most," Ash said calmly, letting the girl enjoy the momentary freedom. If she couldn't reach the town, then everything he did would have been a waste of time.
